फा. सं. 03(05)/वित्त(व्यय-I)/2023-24/डीएस-I/581.—राष्ट्रीय राजधानी क्षेत्र दिल्ली के उपराज्यपाल, दिल्ली माल और सेवाकर अधिनियम, 2017 (2017 का 03) की धारा 128 द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, परिषद की सिफारिशों पर, रजिस्ट्री—त व्यक्तियों, जो नियत तारीख तक प्ररूप जीएसटीआर-10 में अंतिम विवरणी प्रस्तुत करने में असफल रहते है, किंतु जिन्होंने उक्त विवरणी 1 अप्रैल, 2023 से 30 जून, 2023 तक की अवधि के मध्य प्रस्तुत कर दी है, के लिए अधिनियम की धारा 47 में निर्दिष्ट विलंब फीस की रकम का 500 रुपये से आधिक्य में अधित्यजन करते हैं।

No. 3 (05)/Fin.(Exp-I)/2023-24/DS-I/581.—In exercise of the powers conferred by section 128 of the Delhi Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 (3 of 2017), the Lieutenant Governor of National Capital Territory of Delhi, on the recommendations of the Council, hereby waives the amount of late fee referred to in section 47 of the Act, which is in excess of five hundred rupees for the registered persons who fail to furnish the final return in FORM GSTR-10 by the due date but furnish the said return between the period from the 1st day of April, 2023 to the 30th day of June, 2023.
