राष्ट्रीय राजधानी राज्य क्षेत्र दिल्ली सरकार GOVERNMENT OF THE NATIONAL CAPITAL TERRITORY OF DELHI दिल्‍ली, 31 जुलाई, 2023 .—दिनांक 31.07.2023 आपराधिक प्रक्रिया संहिता, 1973 (1974 का केंद्रीय अधिनियम 2) की धारा 24 की उपधारा (1) के अन्तर्गत प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए राष्ट्रीय राजधानी क्षेत्र दिल्ली के उपराज्यपाल माननीय दिल्ली उच्च न्यायालय से परामर्श के पश्चात एतद्‌द्वारा निम्नलिखित अधिवक्ता को दिल्ली उच्च न्यायालय में किसी भी अभियोजन, अपील अथवा अन्य कार्यवाहियों के संचालन हेतु अपर लोक अभियोजक के रूप में आगामी आदेशों तक नियुक्त करते हैं :—

2. ये नियुक्तियां समय-समय पर यथानिर्धारत ऐसे निबंधन एवं शर्तों के अधीन होंगी।

3. यह अधिसूचना आगामी आदेशों तक तत्काल प्रभावी होगी।

4. उक्त नियुक्ति इस शर्त के अधीन होगी कि उपरोक्त अधिवक्ता को वचनबंध देना होगा कि वह राज्य पैनल

वकील के रूप में उन्हें सौंपे गए मामलों के अलावा जहां राज्य के हित सम्मिलित होंगे, ऐसे आपराधिक

मामलों में केस को स्वीकार नहीं करेंगे।

No. 5(626)/Lit./LJ&LA/2022/7836-7885.—dated: 31/07/2023 In exercise of the powers conferred under sub-section (1) of section 24 of Criminal Procedure Code, 1973(Central Act 2 of 1974), the Lieutenant Governor of the National Capital Territory of Delhi, after consultation with the Hon'ble High Court of Delhi, is pleased to appoint the following advocate as Additional Public Prosecutor for conducting any prosecution, appeal or other proceedings in the High Court of Delhi till further orders:—

2. This appointment shall be subject to such terms and conditions as may be prescribed from time to time.

3. This notification shall come into force with immediate effect and shall remain in force till further orders.

4. The above appointment shall be subject to the condition that an undertaking is given by the above advocate that he would not accept brief in any Criminal matters where the State's interest is involved, except those entrusted to him as State panel lawyer.
