मि.सं.4(354)/जी ओ सी/2014/8641-8652.—राष्ट्रीय राजधानी क्षेत्र दिल्ली के माननीय उप-राज्यपाल, दिल्ली विद्यालय अधिनियम 1973 (1973 के 18) धारा 11 की उपधारा 1 के द्वारा प्रदत शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, डॉ सतिन्दर कुमार गौतम, सेवानिवृत अधिकारी दिल्ली उच्च कानून सेवा (सेवानिवृत अतिरिक्त जिला एवं सत्र न्यायधीश) को पीठासीन अधिकारी, दिल्ली स्कूल न्यायाधिकरण के रूप में 03 साल तक के लिए दिनांक 04 जूलाई 2023 से नियुक्ति की जाती है।

Governor of the National Capital Territory of Delhi is pleased to appoint Dr. Satinder Kumar Gautam, a retired officer of Delhi Higher Judicial Services, Retired as Addl. District & Session Judge, as Presiding Officer of the Delhi School Tribunal, for three years from the date of his joining i.e. 04.07.2023
