राष्ट्रीय राजधानी राज्य क्षेत्र दिल्ली सरकार GOVERNMENT OF THE NATIONAL CAPITAL TERRITORY OF DELHI दिल्ली, 29 अगस्त, 2023 दिल्ली (समयबद्ध सेवा प्रदानार्थ नागरिक अधिकार) अधिनियम, 2011 (2011 का दिल्ली अधिनियम 07) की धारा 3 के परंतुक द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए तथा इस सरकार की दिनांक 21 फरवरी, 2012 की अधिसूचना संख्या फा0 6(100)/सू.प्रौ./2011/1304-1313 के अनुक्रम में, राष्ट्रीय राजधानी क्षेत्र दिल्ली के उपराज्यपाल एतद् द्वारा पूर्वोक्त अधिनियम के साथ संलग्न अनुसूची में निम्नानुसार संशोधन करते हैं, अर्थात्- 1. दिल्ली (समयबद्ध सेवा प्रदानार्थ नागरिक अधिकार) अधिनियम, 2011 (2011 का दिल्ली अधिनियम 07) में, प्रविष्टि 565 के पश्चात नागरिक संबंधित सेवाओं के संबंध में निम्नलिखित प्रविष्टियाँ जोड़ी जाएगी; अर्थात् :-
| गरीब विधवाओं की बेटियों तथा अनाथ लड़कियों के विवाह हेतु वित्तीय सहायता। | 60 दिन | महिला एवं बाल विकास विभाग |

No. F. 6(530)/I.T./2022/5726 .—In exercise of the powers conferred by proviso to section 3 of The Delhi (Right of Citizen to Time Bound Delivery of Services) Act, 2011 (Delhi Act 07 of 2011) and in continuation of this Government's Notification No. F.6(100)/IT/2011/1304-1313 dated 21st February, 2012, the Lt. Governor of National Capital Territory of Delhi, hereby, amends the Schedule appended to the aforesaid Act, as under, namely :-
1. In The Delhi (Right of Citizen to Time Bound Delivery of Services) Act, 2011 (Delhi Act 07 of 2011), after entry 565, the following entries related to Citizen related Services shall be added, namely: -
