दिल्ली, (समयबद्ध सेवा प्रदानार्थ नागरिक अधिकार) अधिनियम, 2011 (2011 का दिल्ली अधिनियम 07) की धारा 11 की उपधारा-(2) के साथ पठित धारा 9 की उपधारा (1) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए तथा इस विषय पर सरकार की दिनांक 21 फरवरी, 2012 की अधिसूचना संख्या फाइल 6(100)/सू.प्रौ.
/2011/1314-1323 के अनुक्रम में, राष्ट्रीय राजधानी क्षेत्र दिल्ली के उपराज्यपाल एतद् द्वारा पूर्वोक्त अधिनियम के साथ संलग्न अनुसूची में निम्नानुसार संशोधन करते हैं, अर्थात्-
1. दिल्ली (समयबद्ध सेवा प्रदानार्थ नागरिक अधिकार) अधिनियम, 2011 (2011 का दिल्ली अधिनियम 07) में, प्रविष्टि 565 के पश्चात, नागरिक संबंधित सेवाओं के संबंध में निम्नलिखित अधिकारियों को सक्षम अधिकारी एवं अपीलीय प्राधिकारी के रूप में नियुक्ति हेतु, जैसा भी मामला हो, इस अधिनियम के प्रयोजनार्थ उनके संबंधित विभागों हेतु, निम्नलिखित प्रविष्टि निम्नानुसार जोड़ी जाएगी, अर्थात्ः-

2. दिल्ली (समयबद्ध सेवा प्रदानार्थ नागरिक अधिकार) अधिनियम, 2011 (2011 का दिल्ली अधिनियम 07) में, नागरिक संबंधित सेवाओं के संबंध में निम्नलिखित प्रविष्टियाँ हटा दी जाएगी; अर्थात् :-

रविन्दर कुमार सैनी, उप-सचिव (सूचना प्रौद्योगिकी) मूल राजपत्र अधिसूचना दिनांक 21 फरवरी 2012 को फा. सं. 6(100)/सू0प्रौ0/2011/1314-1323 के द्वारा प्रकाशित हुई तथा इसे तत्पश्चात निम्नलिखित राजपत्र अधिसूचनाओं के द्वारा संशोधित किया गया।

No. F. 6(530)/I.T./2022/5727.—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of Section 9, read with sub-section (2) of Section 11 of The Delhi (Right of Citizen to Time Bound Delivery of Services) Act, 2011 (Delhi Act 07 of 2011) and in continuation of this Government's Notification No. F.6(100)/IT/2011/1314-1323 dated 21st February, 2012 on the subject, the Lt. Governor of National Capital Territory of Delhi, hereby amends the schedule appended to the aforesaid Act, as under, namely:-
1. In The Delhi (Right of Citizen to Time Bound Delivery of Services) Act, 2011 (Delhi Act 07 of 2011), after entry 565, the following entries related to Citizen related Services shall be added for appointing the following Officers, as Competent Officer and Appellate Authority, as the case may be, for the purpose of this Act, for their respective Departments, as under, namely:-
