राष्ट्रीय राजधानी राज्य क्षेत्र दिल्ली सरकार GOVERNMENT OF THE NATIONAL CAPITAL TERRITORY OF DELHI दिल्ली, 31 अगस्त, 2023 .—माननीय उपराज्यपाल, राष्ट्रीय राजधानी क्षेत्र दिल्ली, एतद्‌ द्वारा इस सरकार की दिनांक 03 फरवरी, 2023 की अधिसूचना फा. सं. 18(6)/2013/डीआईएसएमएच/ होमियो/आरआर/1383 अर्थात्‌ दिल्ली स्वास्थ्य सेवाएं (होम्यापेथी शिक्षण संवर्ग) नियमावली, 2023 के संबंध में निम्नलिखित शुद्धिपत्र जारी करते है।

उक्त अधिसूचना में, प्रधानाचार्य के पद से संबंधित अनुसूची III, क्रम सं. 1 पर कॉलम '' पदोन्नति हेतु चयन का क्षेत्र एवं न्यूनतम अर्हक सेवा '' में '' स्तर 14 (144200 - 218200/- रूपये) में प्रोफेसर '' शब्दों तथा अंकों के स्थान पर '' स्तर 13 (123100 - 215900/- रूपये) में प्रोफेसर '' शब्दो तथा अंकों को प्रतिस्थापित किया जाएगा।

आर. के. मीणा, उप सचिवदिनांक 03 फरवरी, 2023 की संख्या 850 डीजी/2023 द्वारा दिल्ली राजपत्र के असाधारण भाग - 4 में मूल अधिसूचना प्रकाशित की गई थी । 5771 DG/2023 (1) 2 DELHI GAZETTE : EXTRAORDINARY PART IV] HEALTH AND FAMILY WELFARE DEPARTMENT CORRIGENDUM

Delhi, the 31st August, 2023

F. No. 18/(6)/2013/DISMH/ Homoeo/RR/2429.—The Hon'ble Lt. Governor of National Capital Territory of Delhi, hereby, issues the following Corrigendum in respect of this Government's Notification F. No. 18/(6)/ 2013/DISMH/Homoeo/RR/1383 dated 03rd February, 2023, namely Delhi Health Service (Teaching Cadre of Homoeopathy) Rules, 2023.

In the said Notification, in Schedule III, at S. No. 1 related to the post of Principal, in column "Field of Selection and minimum qualifying service for promotion", for the words and figure "Professors in level 14 (Rs. 144200-218200/-)," the words and figure "Professors in level 13 (Rs. 123100-215900/-)," shall be substituted.
