राष्ट्रीय राजधानी राज्य क्षेत्र दिल्ली सरकार GOVERNMENT OF THE NATIONAL CAPITAL TERRITORY OF DELHI दिल्ली, 18 सितम्बर, 2023 1666-1672.—अद्यतन यथासंशोधित दिल्ली न्यायिक सेवा नियमावली, 1970 के नियम 18 के उपबंधों के अनुसरण में राष्ट्रीय राजधानी क्षेत्र दिल्ली के उपराज्यपाल, दिल्ली उच्च न्यायालय के परामर्श से सुश्री ऋतु तंवर को दिल्ली उच्च न्यायालय, नई दिल्ली द्वारा नियुक्त किए जाने पर अपने कार्यालय में कार्यभार सम्भालने की तिथि से दो वर्षों की अवधि के लिए परिवीक्षा आधार पर दिल्ली न्यायिक सेवा के सदस्य के रूप में नियुक्त करते हैंः-
2. ये नियुक्ति पूर्णतया अस्थायी आधार पर हैं तथा अभ्यार्थी के चरित्र पूर्ववृत्तों के सत्यापन तथा जाति/दिव्यांग प्रमाण पत्र जहां लागू हो, के अनुसार होगी । यदि सत्यापन से यह पता चलता है कि अनुसूचित जाति तथा अनुसूचित जनजाति या दिव्यांग श्रेणी, जैसी भी स्थिति हो, से संबंधित दावा गलत है तो बिना किसी आगामी कारणों तथा असत्य प्रमाण पत्र प्रस्तुत करने पर भारतीय दंड संहिता के उपबंधों के अधीन की जाने वाली आगामी कार्यवाही पर प्रतिकूल प्रभाव डाले बिना सेवा तुरन्त समाप्त कर दी जाएगी।
3. उपर्युक्त नियुक्ति अद्यतन तिथि तक तथा समय-समय पर दिल्ली न्यायिक सेवा के अधिकारियों पर यथा 2 DELHI GAZETTE : EXTRAORDINARY PART IV] 4. दिल्ली न्यायिक सेवा में उपयुक्त अभ्यार्थीें की परस्पर वरिष्ठता अन्य चुने गए अभ्यर्थियों के समान वही रहेगी जो अद्यतन तिथि तक यथासंशोधित दिल्ली न्यायिक सेवा नियमावली, 1970 के अनुसार चयन समिति द्वारा तैयार वरीयता सूची में उन्हें दी गई है । 5. पद का वेतनमान 7वां सीपीसी संशधित कॉरेस्पॉन्डिंग पे मैट्रिक्स अर पे लेवल के 10वें स्तर में 56100-177500 रूपये सामान्य भत्ते जैसा समय-समय पर इस संबंध में लागू हो के अनुसार है।

NOTIFICATION
Delhi, the 18th September, 2023
F. No. 6/6/2022-Judl./Suptlaw/1666-1672.—In pursuance of the provisions of rule 18 of the Delhi Judicial Service Rules, 1970 as amended up to date, the Lt. Governor of the National Capital Territory of Delhi, in consultation with the High Court of Delhi, is pleased to appoint Ms. Ritu Tanwar as member of the Delhi Judicial Service on probation for a period of two years with effect from the date she assumes charge of her respective office on being posted by the Delhi High Court, New Delhi.
2. The above appointment is on purely provisional basis, and subject to the verification of character and antecedents of the candidate from the concerned authorities and verification of her caste certificate/PH category certificate, where ever applicable. If the verification reveals that the claim to belong to Scheduled Caste and Scheduled Tribe or Physically Handicapped category, as the case may be, is false, the services will be terminated forthwith without assigning any further reasons and without prejudice to such further action as may be taken under the provisions of the Indian Penal Code for production of false certificate.
3. The above appointment shall be subject to the provisions of the Delhi Judicial Service Rules, 1970 as amended up to date and other orders/instructions as may be applicable to the officers of the Delhi Judicial Service from time to time.
4. The inter-se seniority of the above named candidate in the Delhi Judicial Service vis-à-vis other selected candidates will remain the same as assigned to them in the merit list prepared by the Selection Committee in accordance with the provisions of the Delhi Judicial Service Rules, 1970 as amended up to date.
5. The post carries the scale of pay of Rs. 56100-177500 in the 10th level of matrix of 7th CPC Revised Corresponding Pay Matrix and Pay Level plus usual allowances as may be applicable in this behalf from time to time.
