फा. सं. 7/ईएम(बीएन)/सीआई/12-13/पार्ट फा0-1/892-902.—जबकि बपरोला औद्योगिक पार्क को शहरी विकास मंत्रालय, भारत सरकार द्वारा जारी दिल्ली मास्टर प्लान-2021 के अन्तर्गत अधिसूचना संख्या 3761 (ई) दिनांक 20 दिसंबर, 2013 के द्वारा औद्योगिक उपयोग क्षेत्र घोषित किया गया था।
इसलिए, अब दिल्ली औद्योगिक विकास संचालन और रखरखाव अधिनियम, 2010 की धारा 2 की उपधारा (के) के तहत प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, राष्ट्रीय राजधानी क्षेत्र दिल्ली के उपराज्यपाल एतद्द्वारा बापरोला औद्योगिक क्षेत्र 22.34 हेक्टेयर क्षेत्र को दिल्ली मास्टर प्लान की उपरोक्त अधिसूचना के अनुसार तथा दिल्ली औद्योगिक विकास संचालन और रखरखाव (डीआईडीओएम) अधिनियम, 2010 के प्रावधानों के अन्तर्गत औद्योगिक पार्क के रूप में विकसित किये जाने की घोषणा करते हैं।

F . No. 7/EM(BN)/CI/12-13/Pt-1/ 892-902.—Whereas Baprola Industrial Park was declared as Industrial Use Zone vide Notification No.3761 (E) dated 20th December, 2013, under Master Plan of Delhi-2021 issued by Ministry of Urban Development, Govt. of India.
Therefore, now in exercise of powers conferred under sub section (k) of Section 2 of the Delhi Industrial Development Operation and Maintenance Act, 2010, the Lt. Governor of National Capital Territory of Delhi hereby declares an area of 22.34 Hectare of the Baprola Industrial area to be developed as Industrial Park as per above notification of Master Plan of Delhi and under provisions of the Delhi Industrial Development Operation & Maintenance (DIDOM) Act, 2010.
