सं.72/गजट/पी.एफ/अधिवषिता/2023.— दिल्ली उच्चतर न्यायिक सेवा के अधिकारी व वतर्मान में जिला न्यायाधीश, वाणिज्यिक न्यायालय-02, के न्द्रीय, तीस हजारी कोर्ट परिसर, दिल्ली के रूप में कार्यरत सुश्री कामिनी लॉ, दिनांक 31 जनवरी, 2024 (अपराह्न) को 60 वर्ष की अधिवषिता की आयु पूर्ण करने पर दिल्ली उच्चतर न्यायिक सेवा से सेवानिवृत्त हो जायेंगी।
यह प्रमाणित किया जाता है कि सुश्री कामिनी लॉ के विरुद्ध अखिल भारतीय सेवा (अनुशासन एवं अपील) नियम, 1969 के अंतर्गत किसी प्रकार की अनुशासनात्मक/विभागीय कार्यवाही लम्बित नहीं है।
न्यायालय के आदेशानुसार,

No. 72/Gaz/P.F./Superannuation/2023.—Ms. Kamini Lau, Officer of Delhi Higher Judicial Service and presently posted as District Judge, Commercial Court-02, Central, Tis Hazari Court Complex, Delhi, shall stand retired from Delhi Higher Judicial Service in the afternoon of 31st January, 2024 on attaining the age of superannuation of 60 years.
It is certified that no disciplinary/departmental proceedings under All India Service (Discipline & Appeal) Rules, 1969 is pending or contemplated against Ms. Kamini Lau.
