फा.सं. 61(1970)/Notification JJB-VII/DD (CPU)/DWCD/11632-64.—किशोर न्याय (बच्ों की देखभाल और संरक्षण) अधिनियम, 2015 की धारा 2 की उप -धारा (59) के साथ धारा 4 की उप धारा (1) और, किशोर न्याय (बच्ों की देखभाल और संरक्षण) आदशश नियम, 2016 के नियम 3 के तहत प्रदत्त शक्तयिों का प्रयोग करते हुए उपराज्यपाल, राष्ट्र ीय राजधानी क्षेत्र दिल्ली, द्वारा उ िअधिनियम और नियम के तहत कानून का उल्लंघन करने वाले बच्ों के संदभश में किशोर न्याय बोडश-VII का गठन दिनांक 03.06.2023 से प्रभावी रूप से किया जाता है । बोडश अपने अधिकारो तथा शक्तयिों का प्रयोग राष्ट्र ीय राजधानी क्षेत्र दिल्ली में कानून का उल्लंघन करने वाले बच्ों के संदभश में उ िअधिनियम और नियम के तहत करे गा। किशोर न्याय बोडश-VII अपने निदिशष्ट् पररसर कामकाजी महिला छात्रावास पॉके ट -14, पीएसपी -14, सेक्टर -8, द्वारका, दिल्ली -110077 से कायशरत है ।

के आदेश से तथा उनके नाम पर, 2 DELHI GAZETTE : EXTRAORDINARY PART IV] DEPARTMENT OF WOMEN & CHILD DEVELOPMENT NOTIFICATION
Delhi, the 19th October, 2023
F.No.61(1970)/Notification JJB-Vll/DD (CPU)/DWCD/11632-64.— In exercise of Powers conferred by Sub Section (1) of Section 4 read with clause (59) of Section 2 of the Juvenile Justice (Care and Protection of Children) Act, 2015 and Rule 3 of Juvenile Justice (Care and Protection of Children) Model Rules, 2016, the Lieutenant Governor of National Capital Territory of Delhi hereby constitutes the Juvenile Justice Board-Vll with effect from 03.06.2023 to exercise the powers and discharge functions, in relation to the children in conflict with law, as assigned under the said Act and Rules, for the National Capital Territory of Delhi.
The Juvenile Justice Board-Vll functions from its designated premises, located at Working Women's Hostel Pocket-14, PSP-14, Sector-8, Dwarka, Delhi-110077.
