I दिल्ली, 20 अक्तूबर, 2023 I 915.—राष्ट्रीय राजधानी क्षेत्र दिल्ली के उपराज्यपाल, दिल्ली 13 I माल और सेवा कर अधिनियम, 2017(2017 का 03) की धारा 148 द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, परिषद की सिफारिशों पर, दिल्ली के राजपत्र, असाधारण के भाग-IV में, सं.फा.03(01)/वित्त(व्यय-I) 2023-24/डीएस-I/543, तारीख 21 जून, 2023 द्वारा प्रकाशित इस सरकार की अधिसूचना सं. 03/2023-राज्य कर का निम्नलिखित और संशोधन करते हैं, अर्थातः-
उक्त अधिसूचना में, शब्दों, अक्षरों और अंकों, "30 जून, 2023" के स्थान पर, शब्दों, अक्षरों और अंकों, ''31 अगस्त, 2023" को
प्रतिस्थापित किया जाएगा।
2. यह अधिसूचना 30 जून, 2023 से प्रभावी मानी जाएगी।

Notification No. 23/2023-State Tax
No. F.3 (13)/Fin.(Exp-I)/2023-24/DS-I/915.— In exercise of the powers conferred by section 148 of the Delhi Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 (03 of 2017), the Lieutenant Governor of National Capital Territory of Delhi, on the recommendations of the Council, hereby makes the following further amendments in this Government's Notification No. 03/2023–State Tax, published in the Gazette of Delhi, Extraordinary, Part IV, vide No.F.3(01)/Fin.(Exp-I)/2023-24/DS-I/543, dated 21st June, 2023, namely: —
In the said notification, for the words, letter and figure "30th day of June, 2023" the words, letter and figure "31st day of August, 2023" shall be substituted.
2. This notification shall be deemed to have come into force with effect from the 30th day of June, 2023.
Note: The principal notification No. 03/2023– State Tax, was published in the Gazette of Delhi, Extraordinary, Part IV, vide No.F.3(01)/Fin.(Exp-I)/2023-24/DS-I/543, dated 21st June, 2023.
