सं. 434/ईसीआई/डीईएल/2023(1).—राष्ट्रीय राजधानी क्षेत्र, दिल्ली सरकार के आदेश सं. एफ.
2(17)/आरआर/2010/एस-IV/1571-1579, दिनांक 27.04.2017 द्वारा राष्ट्रीय राजधानी क्षेत्र, दिल्ली सरकार के डीएएसएस संवर्ग के पदों के नामकरण में परिवर्तन के परिणामस्वरूप, राष्ट्रीय राजधानी क्षेत्र, दिल्ली में विधान सभा निर्वाचन क्षेत्र के रिर्टनंिग अधिकारी की सहायता के लिए सहायक रिर्टनंिग अधिकारी की नियुक्ति से संबंधित आयोग की दिनांक 18 जून, 2008 की अधिसूचना सं. 434/डीएल–एलए/2008(1) को उस सीमा तक संशोधित किया जाता है कि सभी 70 विधान सभा निर्वाचन क्षेत्रों से संबंधित तालिका की क्रम सं. 1 से 70 के सामने तालिका के स्तंभ (2) में वतर्मान प्रविष्टि "अधीक्षक, वीआरईसी" के स्थान पर "अनुभाग अधिकारी, वीआरईसी" पढ़ा जाएगा।

No.434/ECI/DEL/2023(1).—Consequent to the change of nomenclature of DASS Cadre Posts in GNCTD vide order no. F.2(17)/RR/2010/S-IV/1571-1579 dated 27.04.2017 of the Government of National Capital Territory of Delhi, the Commission's notification No. 434/DL-LA/2008(1), dated 18th June 2008 relating to the appointment of Assistant Returning Officer to assist the Returning Officer of the Assembly Constituency in the National Capital Territory of Delhi stands modified to the extent that the existing entry "Superintendent in VREC" in Column [2] against Sl. No. 01 to 70 of the Table thereof pertaining to all 70 Assembly Constituencies, shall be read as "Section Officer in VREC".
