फा. सं. 104/नियम/ दिल्ली.उच्च.न्या.—भारत के संविधान के अनुच्छेद 309 के परंतुक सहपठित गृह मंत्रालय, भारत सरकार की दिनांक 28 अक्टूबर, 1953 की अधिसूचना संख्या F27/40/50-NGS द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, और इस संबंध में उन्हें समर्थ बनाने वाली अन्य समस्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, दिल्ली उच्च न्यायालय, कें द्र सरकार के पूर्व अनुमोदन से ओर माननीय उपराज्यपाल, राष्ट्रीय राजधानी क्षेत्र, दिल्ली की सहमति से, "दिल्ली जिला न्यायालय स्थापना (नियुक्ति और सेवा की शतें) नियम, 2012" में निम्नलिखित संशोधन करता हैं:
1. निम्नलिखित को अनुसूची 'ख' के मौजूदा क्रम संख्या 22 के स्थान पर प्रतिस्थापित किया जाएगा:

| सर्वर में स े पदोन्नति के आधार पर | क े साथ स्नातक अथवा जिला एवं सत्र न्यायाधीश, दिल्ली की स्थापना में प्रोसेस सर्वर के रूप में न्यूनतम 8 वषों की सेवा के साथ स्नातक अथवा जिला एवं सत्र न्यायाधीश, दिल्ली की स्थापना में बेलिफ के रूप में न्यूनतम 8 वषों की सेवा क े साथ दसवीं पास अथवा जिला एवं सत्र न्यायाधीश, दिल्ली की स्थापना में प्रोसेस सर्वर के रूप में न्यूनतम 10 वषों की सेवा के साथ दसवीं पास गैर-स्नातक उम्मीदवारों को दक्षता/मूल्यांकन परीक्षा भी उत्तीर्ण करनी होगी| |
टिप्पणी: यह संशोधन राजपत्र में इसके प्रकाशशत होने के शतशि से लागू होगा|

NOTIFICATION

F. No. 104/Rules/DHC.—In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to Article 309 of the Constitution of India read with the Government of India, Ministry of Home Affairs Notification No.F27/40/50-NGS dated the 28th October, 1953 and all other powers enabling him in this behalf, the High Court of Delhi, with the prior approval of the Central Government and the concurrence of Hon'ble Lt. Governor of National Capital Territory of Delhi, hereby makes the following amendment in "Delhi District Courts Establishment (Appointment & Conditions of Service) Rules, 2012" :-
1. The following shall be substituted for the existing Sr. No. 22 of Schedule-B :-

| OR Matriculation pass with minimum service of eight years as Bailiff in the establishment of the District & Sessions Judge, Delhi. Matriculation pass with minimum service of ten years as Process Server in the establishment of the District & Sessions Judge, Delhi. Non-graduate candidates will also have to qualify a proficiency/evaluation test. |
NOTE: THIS AMENDMENT SHALL COME INTO FORCE FROM THE DATE OF ITS PUBLICATION IN THE GAZETTE.
