.—गृह मंत्रालय, भारत सरकार की दिनांक 21 अक्टूबर, 2014 की अधिसूचना सं0 एस0ओ0 2740 (ई) एवं दिनांक 21 जुलाई, 2015 की अधिसूचना एस0ओ0 2004 (ई) के साथ पठित भूमि अधिग्रहण, पुनर्वास एवं पुनःस्थापन में उचित प्रतिपूर्ति एवं पारदर्शिता का अधिकार नियमावली, 2014 के नियम 3 के उप-नियम (1) के साथ पठित भूमि अधिग्रहण, पुनर्वास एवं पुनःस्थापन में उचित प्रतिपूर्ति एवं पारदर्शिता का अधिकार अधिनियम, 2013 (2013 का 30) की धारा 4 की उपधारा (1) एवं (2) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए राष्ट्रीय राजधानी क्षेत्र दिल्ली के उपराज्यपाल एतद् द्वारा सार्वजनिक उद्देश्य की पूर्ति हेतु ताजपुर खुर्द गांव में दिल्ली जल बोर्ड के अपशिष्ट जल उपचार संयत्र के निर्माण हेतु भूमि का अधिग्रहण करने का प्रयोजन रखते है। इस प्रयोजनार्थ अधिग्रहण की जाने वाली भूमि में राजस्व संपदा के ताजपुर खुर्द गांव में 19 बीघा 14 बिस्वा में मापे जाने वाले क्षेत्र खसरा नं0 11//13/2(1-1), 17/2(3-18), 18(4-12), 23(4-12), 24/1(4-3), 16//1/1(1-4), 1/2 मिन (0-4) सम्मिलित हैं। पूर्वोक्त भूमि के संबंध में सामाजिक प्रभाव आकलंन का अध्ययन करने के लिए भारतीय लोक प्रशासन संस्थान इन्द्रप्रस्थ एस्टेट, रिंग रोड, नई दिल्ली-110002 को दिनांक 9.11.23 की अधिसूचना सं0 8(2)/16/2015/भूमि एवं भवन/भूमि अध्रिग्रहण/6975 के द्वारा सामाजिक प्रभाव आकलंन इकाई के रूप में निर्दिष्ट किया गया है। 2 DELHI GAZETTE : EXTRAORDINARY PART IV] आगे, सामाजिक प्रभाव आकलन का मुख्य उद्देश्य आवश्यकतानुसार सर्वेक्षण तथा जन-सुनवाई के लिए हित धारकों तथा जनता से परामर्श करना है। सामाजिक प्रभाव आकलन प्रतिवेदन तथा सामाजिक प्रभाव प्रबंधन योजना के लिए समयावधि इस अधिसूचना के आधिकारिक राजपत्र मेंं प्रकाशन कि तिथि से छह माह होगी तथा इसे प्रभावी क्षेत्रों में विशिष्ट स्थानों पर तथा जिला कलेक्टर (दक्षिण-पश्चिम), कापसहेडा, नई दिल्ली कार्यालय में, जैसी भी स्थिति हो, वेबसाइट, पोस्टर, सूचना-पत्र एवं जन-सुनवाई के माध्यम से प्रदर्शित किया जायेगा।

NOTIFICATION
Delhi, the 9th November, 2023
F. No. 8(2)/16/2015/L&B/LA/ 6987.—In the exercise of the powers conferred by sub section (1) and (2) of section 4 of the Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act, 2013 (30 of 2013) read with sub-rule (1) of rule 3 of the Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Rules, 2014, read with Govt. of India, Ministry of Home Affair's Notification No. S.O.2740(E) dated 21st October 2014, read with S.O. 2004 (E) dated 21st July 2015, the Lieutenant Governor of National Capital Territory of Delhi, intends to acquire land for public purpose for construction of waste water treatment plant (WWTP) for Delhi Jal Board at Tajpur Khurd village. The land to be acquired for this purpose of comprising Khasra Nos. 11//13/2 (1-1), 17/2 (3-18), 18 (4-12), 23 (4-12), 24/1 (4-3), 16//1/1 (1-4), 1/2 min (0-4) admeasuring area 19 Bigha 14 Biswa in revenue estate Tajpur Khurd village. The Indian Institute of Public Administration (IIPA), Indraprastha Estate, Ring Road, New Delhi 110002 has been assigned as the Social Impact Assessment Unit to carry out social impact assessment study in relation to aforesaid land vide Notification no. F No.8(2)/16//2015/L&B/ LA/ 6975 dated 9.11.2023.
Further, the main objectives of Social Impact Assessment are consultation with stake holders and public, survey and public hearing wherever required. The time period for Social Impact Assessment report and Social Impact Management Plan will be six months from date of publication of this notification in the official gazette and same will be disclosed by the way of websites, posters, leaflets and public hearing as the case may be at the conspicuous places in affected areas, and in the office of District Collector (South- West), Kapashera, New Delhi.
