F.No. F.1/31/1169/LC/Estt./2023/5774-5784.—पहले की अधिसूचना No. ED3 (Misc.-19)/Lab- EI/2013/9964 दिनांक 27 सितंबर, 2013 और F.No.ED3 (Misc.-19)/Lab-EI/2013/2669-2682 दिनांक 27 अगस्त, 2019 का अधिक्रमण करते हुए और बॉम्बे लिफ्टट्स अधिनियम, 1939 (1939 का बॉम्बे अधिनियम संख्या X) जिसका विस्तार राष्ट्रीय राजधानी क्षेत्र दिल्ली में किया हुआ है,की धारा 10 के साथ पठित धारा 3(a) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए राष्ट्रीय राजधानी क्षेत्र, दिल्ली के उपराज्यपाल उक्त अधिनियम के लिए के , राष्ट्रीय राजधानी क्षेत्र, दिल्ली सरकार के श्रम विभाग में कार्यरत उप विद्युत निरीक्षकों और सहायक विद्युत निरीक्षकों को अगले आदेश तक बिना किसी अतिरिक्त पारिश्रमिक या वेतन के लाभ के 'लिफ्टट निरीक्षक' की शक्तियां प्रदान करते हैं ।

Delhi, the 21st November, 2023
F.No. F.1/31/1169/LC/Estt./2023/5774-5784.—In supersession of earlier notifications No. ED3 (Misc.- 19)/Lab-EI/2013/9964 dated 27th September, 2013 and F. No. ED3 (Misc.-19)/Lab-EI/2013/2669-2682 dated 27th August, 2019 and in exercise of the powers conferred by section 3(a) read with Section 10 of the Bombay Lifts Act, 1939 (Bombay Act No. X of 1939) as extended to National Capital Territory of Delhi, the Lt. Governor of the National Capital Territory of Delhi is pleased to 'confer' the powers of 'Inspector of Lifts' upon the Deputy Electrical Inspectors and the Assistant Electrical Inspectors working in the Labour Department, Government of National Capital Territory of Delhi for the purpose of the said Act for the National Capital Territory of Delhi until further orders without any extra remunerationor benefit of pay.
