गृह मंत्रालय, भारत सरकार की दिनांक 21 अक्टूबर, 2014 की अधिसूचना सं0 एस0ओ0 2740 (ई), दिनांक 21 जुलाई, 2015 की अधिसूचना सं. एस.ओ. 2004 (ई) के साथ पठित भूमि अधिग्रहण, पुनर्वास तथा पुनःस्थापन (सामाजिक प्रभाव, आंकलन, अनुज्ञा) में उचित प्रतिपूर्ति एवं पारदर्शिता का अधिकार नियमावली, 2014 के नियम 4 के उप-नियम (1) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए राष्ट्रीय राजधानी क्षेत्र दिल्ली के उपराज्यपाल, एतद् द्वारा भारतीय लोक प्रशासन संस्थान, इन्द्रप्रस्थ एस्टेट, रिंग रोड, नई दिल्ली-110002 को, जिसे दिनांक 13 जून, 2017 की अधिसूचना सं0 फा. 8(2)/9/2015/भूमि एवं भवन/भू0अधि0/2373 द्वारा चिन्हित किया गया था, भूमि अधिग्रहण हेतु सामाजिक प्रभाव आंकलन अध्ययन तथा सामाजिक प्रभाव आंकलन प्रतिवेदन तैयार करने के लिए निर्दिष्ट करते हैं, जिसे दिल्ली विकास प्राधिकरण, दक्षिण 2 DELHI GAZETTE : EXTRAORDINARY PART IV] राजस्व जिले के मैदानगढ़ी राजस्व एस्टेट में सार्क विश्वविद्यालय से सीएपीएफआईएमएस तक सड़क के निर्माण हेतु जन प्रयोजनार्थ भूमि अधिग्रहण करने का प्रयोजन रखती है। यह भारतीय लोक प्रशासन संस्थान, इन्द्रप्रस्थ एस्टेट, रिंग रोड, नई दिल्ली-110002 भूमि अधिग्रहण, पुनर्वास एवं पुनःस्थापन में उचित प्रतिपूर्ति एवं पारदर्शिता का अधिकार अधिनियम, 2013 के प्रावधानों के अनुसार शासकीय राजपत्र में इस अधिसूचना के प्रकाशन की तिथि से छह माह की अवधि के भीतर सामाजिक प्रभाव आंकलन का अध्ययन करेगा।

NOTIFICATION
Delhi, the 6th December, 2023
F. No. 9(34)/L&B/LA/2023/7846.—In the exercise of the powers conferred by sub rule (1) of rule 4 of the Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition , Rehabilitation and Resettlement (Social Impact, Assessment and Consent) Rules, 2014, read with Government of India, Ministry of Home Affair's Notification No. S.O.2740 (E) dated 21st October 2014, read with S.O. 2004 (E) dated 21st July 2015, the Lieutenant Governor of National Capital Territory of Delhi, is pleased to assign the Indian Institute of Public Administration, Indraprastha Estate, Ring Road, New Delhi 110002 which was identified as Social Impact Assessment Unit vide Notification No. F 8(2)/9/2015/L&B/LA/2373 dated 13th June 2017, to carry out Social Impact Assessment Study and to prepare Social Impact Assessment report for acquisition of land, which the Delhi Development Authority intends to acquire land for public purpose for construction of Road from SAARC University to CAPFIMS at Maidangarhi Revenue Estate of South Revenue District.
The Indian Institute of Public Administration, Indraprastha Estate, Ring Road, New Delhi 110002 shall carry out the Social Impact Assessment study as per the provisions of the Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act, 2013 within a period of six months from the date of publication of this notification in official gazette.
