एफ. सं. 61(1994)/पॉक्सो कोर्ट अधिसूचना/डीडी(सीपीयू)/डीडब्ल्यूसीडी/2023-24/15641-74.—बाल अधिकार संरक्षण आयोग अधिनियम 2005 (2006 का 4) की धारा 25 के तहत प्रदत्त शक्तियों के प्रयोग में, गृह मंत्रालय, भारत सरकार के दिनांक 15 जनवरी, 2008 के एसओ 92 (अ) के अंतर्गत, माननीय मुख्य न्यायाधीश, दिल्ली उच्च न्यायालय की सहमति और उपराज्यपाल, राष्ट्रीय राजधानी क्षेत्र दिल्ली के एतद् द्वारा यौन अपराधों से बच्चों का संरक्षण अधिनियम, 2012 की धारा 28 के तहत बच्चों के खिलाफ अपराधों के मुकदमे से संबंधित, सीबीआई द्वारा दायर मामलों से निपटने के लिए निम्नलिखित अदालतों को उनके स्वयं के कार्य के अलावा विशेष अदालतों के रूप में नामित किया जाता है:
1. विशेष न्यायाधीश न्यायालय (पीसी अधिनियम) (सीबीआई)-01, राउज़ एवेन्यू कोर्ट कॉम्प्लेक्स, दिल्ली। 2. विशेष न्यायाधीश न्यायालय (पीसी अधिनियम) (सीबीआई)-02, राउज़ एवेन्यू कोर्ट कॉम्प्लेक्स, दिल्ली।

Delhi, the 26th December, 2023
F. No. 61(1994)/POCSO Court Notification/DD(CPU)/DWCD/2023-24/15641-74.—In exercise of the powers conferred under Section 25 of the Commissions for Protection of Child Rights Act 2005(4 of 2006) read with S.O. 92(E) dated the 15th January, 2008 of Ministry of Home Affairs, Government of India and with concurrence of Hon'ble Chief Justice and Hon'ble Judges of High Court of Delhi, the Lt. Governor of National Capital Territory of Delhi hereby designate the following courts as Special Courts to deal with the cases filed by CBI, relating to trial of offences against children, under Section 28 of Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012, in addition to their own work, namely:-
1. Court of Special Judge (PC Act) (CBI)-01, Rouse Avenue Court Complex, Delhi.
2. Court of Special Judge (PC Act) (CBI)-02, Rouse Avenue Court Complex, Delhi.
