No. H.11024/01/2023-Leg.II.— In pursuance of section 12 of the Representation of the People Act, 1951 (43 of 1951), the President is pleased to call upon the elected members of the Legislative Assembly of National Capital Territory of Delhi to elect, in accordance with the provisions of the said Act and of the rules and orders made thereunder, one memberfor the purpose of filling the seat falling vacant due to retirement of Shri Sanjay Singh, a member of the Council of States, on the expiration of his term of office on 27.01.2024.
