राष्ट्रीय राजधानी राज्य क्षेत्र दिल्ली सरकार GOVERNMENT OF THE NATIONAL CAPITAL TERRITORY OF DELHI दिल्ली, 12 फरवरी, 2024 421-426 अनियमित जमा योजनाओं पर प्रतिबंध अधिनियम, 2019 की धारा-8 द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों के अनुसरण में, राष्ट्रीय राजधानी क्षेत्र दिल्ली के माननीय उपराज्यपाल, दिल्ली उच्च न्यायालय के माननीय मुख्य न्यायाधीश की सहमति से, एतद् द्वारा पूर्वोक्त अधिनियम के प्रयोजनार्थ दिल्ली के प्रत्येक न्यायिक जिले में अपर सत्र न्यायाधीश-02 के न्यायालयों को संबंधित जिलों के क्षेत्रों के संबंध में नामित न्यायालय के रूप में निर्दिष्ट करते हैं।

F. No. 1/110/2023-Judl./Suptlaw/421-426.—In pursuance of the powers conferred by Section 8 of The Banning of Unregulated Deposit Schemes Act, 2019, the Hon'ble Lt. Governor of the National Capital Territory of Delhi, with the concurrence of the Hon'ble Chief Justice of the High Court of Delhi, is pleased to designate the courts of Additional Sessions Judge-02 in each Judicial District of Delhi as the Designated Court in respect of the areas of respective districts, for the purposes of aforesaid Act.
