राष्ट्रीय राजधानी राज्य क्षेत्र दिल्ली सरकार GOVERNMENT OF THE NATIONAL CAPITAL TERRITORY OF DELHI दिल्ली, 5 मार्च, 2024 580-585.—गृह मंत्रालय, भारत सरकार की दिनांक 29 मई, 1970 की अधिसूचना संख्या 1/2/70-डीएच (एस) के साथ पठित संविधान के अनुच्छेद 309 के परन्तुक द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियाँ, दिनांक 25 जुलाई, 1970 की अधिसूचना संख्या 1/2/70-डीएच (एस) द्वारा यथासंशोधित तथा इस संबंध में उसे समर्थ बनाने वाली समस्त अन्य शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, राष्ट्रीय राजधानी क्षेत्र दिल्ली के उपराज्यपाल दिल्ली उच्च न्यायालय के परामर्श से, एतद्‌द्वारा दिल्ली उच्चतर न्यायिक सेवा नियमावली, 1970 के नियम 4(1) के निबंधनों में समय-समय पर यथासंशोधित मौजूदा अनुसूची के स्थान पर निम्नलिखित नवीन अनुसूची को प्रतिस्थापित करते हैं, अर्थात्‌ :-

No. 6/25/04-Judl./Suptlaw/580-585.—In exercise of powers conferred by the proviso to article 309 of the Constitution read with the Government of India, Ministry of Home Affairs, Notification No.1/2/70-DH(S) dated 29th May, 1970 as amended by Notification No.1/2/70-DH(S) dated 25th July, 1970 and all other powers enabling him in this behalf, the Lieutenant Governor of the National Capitial Territory of Delhi, in consultation with the High Court of Delhi, is pleased to substitute the following new schedule in place of existing schedule, as amended from time to time in terms of Rule 4(1), to the Delhi Higher Judicial Service, Rules, 1970 namely: -
