सं. 19/नियम/डीएचसी—"दिल्ली उच्च न्यायालय के ई-फाईलिंग नियम 2021" के तहत प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए तथा दिल्ली उच्च न्यायालय की पूर्ववर्ती अधिसूचना सं. 12/नियम/डीएचसी दिनांक 22.02.2022 की निरंतरता में, दिल्ली उच्च न्यायालय एतद् द्वारा अधिसूचित करता है कि दिनांक 01.04.2024 से "दिल्ली उच्च न्यायालय के ई- फाइलिंग नियम, 2021" दिल्ली के सभी जिला न्यायालयों में सिविल क्षेत्राधिकार के सभी मामलों (पारिवारिक न्यायालय के मामलों सहित) के साथ-साथ सभी आपराधिक शिकायत मामलों पर भी लागू होंगे|

Delhi, the 14th March, 2024
No. 19/Rules/DHC—In exercise of the powers conferred under the "e-Filing Rules of the High Court of Delhi 2021" and in continuation of Delhi High Court's earlier Notification No. 12/Rules/DHC dated 22.02.2022, the High Court of Delhi hereby notifies that with effect from 01.04.2024 the "e-Filing Rules of the High Court of Delhi, 2021" shall also apply to all cases of Civil Jurisdiction (including Family Court cases) as well as all Criminal Complaint cases in all the District Courts in Delhi.
