20 मार्च, 1974 की अधिसूचना सं0 यू-11011/2/74-यूटीएल (i) के साथ पठित आपराधिक प्रक्रिया संहिता, 1973 (1974 का 2) की धारा 20 (1) द्वारा प्रदा शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, राष्ट्रीय राजधानी क्षेत्र दिल्ली के माननीय उपराज्यपाल एतद्द्वारा आगामी लोकसभा आम चुनाव-2024 के दौरान सभी उड़न दस्ता दल (दलों) के प्रमुख, सभी स्थैतिक निगरानी दल (दलों) के प्रमुख तथा सभी सैक्टर के अधिकारियों को चुनाव विभाग में कार्यभार ग्रहण करने की तिथि से उनके उड़न दस्ता दल (दलों), स्थैतिक निगरानी दल (दलों) तथा सैक्टर अधिकारियों के प्रमुख के रूप में पद पर बने रहने तक अथवा आगामी आदेशों तक, जो भी पहले हो, विशेष कार्यकारी मजिस्ट्रेट के रूप में नियुक्त करते हुए उनकी शक्तियां प्रदत्त करते हैं। 2 DELHI GAZETTE : EXTRAORDINARY PART IV] HOME (GENERAL) DEPARTMENT NOTIFICATION

No. 18/284/2013-Home (G)/- 648-58.—In exercise of the powers conferred by section 20(1) of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (2 of 1974), read with the Government of India, Ministry of Home Affairs, Notification No. U-11011/2/74-UTL (i) dated the 20th March, 1974, the Hon'ble Lt. Governor of National Capital Territory of Delhi is pleased to appoint and confer powers of Special Executive Magistrate upon all the Head of all Flying Squad Team (s), Head of all Static Surveillance Team (s) and all Sector Officers during the forthcoming General Election to Lok Sabha - 2024 , w.e.f. the date of assumption of charge till they hold the post of the Head of Flying Squad Team (s), Static Surveillance Team (s) and Sector Officers in the Election Department or till further orders, whichever is earlier.
