सं. 27/गजट/पी.एफ./अधिवर्षिता/2024.—दिल्ली उच्चतर न्यायिक सेवा के अधिकारी व वतर्मान में जिला न्यायाधीश (वाणिज्यक न्यायालय)-02, पूर्व जिला, कड़कड़डूमा जिला न्यायालय के रूप में नियुक्त श्री चन्द्र शेखर, दिनांक 31 जुलाई , 2024 (अपराह्न) को 60 वर्ष की अधिवर्षिता की आयु प्राप्त करने पर दिल्ली उच्चतर न्यायिक सेवा से सेवानिवृत्त हो जाएंगे|
यह प्रमाणित किया जाता है कि श्री चन्द्र शेखर के विरुद्ध अखिल भारतीय सेवा (अनुशासन एवं अपील) नियम, 1969 के अन्तर्गत किसी भी प्रकार की अनुशासनात्मक/विभागीय कार्यवाही लंबित या विचाराधीन नहीं है|

No. 27/Gaz/P.F./Superannuation/2024.— Mr. Chandra Shekhar, Officer of Delhi Higher Judicial Service and presently posted as District Judge (Commercial Court)-02, East, Karkardooma, shall stand retired from Delhi Higher Judicial Service in the afternoon of 31st July, 2024 on attaining the age of superannuation of 60 years.
It is certified that no disciplinary/departmental proceedings under All India Service (Discipline & Appeal) Rules, 1969 is pending or contemplated against Mr. Chandra Shekhar.
