सं. 29/गजट/पी.एफ./अधिवषिता/2024.—दिल्ली उच्चतर न्यायिक सेवा की अधिकारी व वतर्मान में प्रधान न्यायाधीश, जिला एवं सत्र न्यायालय, उत्तर जिला, रोहिणी जिला न्यायालय के रूप में नियुक्त सुश्री सीमा मैनी, दिनांक 31 जुलाई, 2024 (अपराह्न) को 60 वर्ष की अधिवषिता की आयु प्राप्त करने पर दिल्ली उच्चतर न्यायिक सेवा से सेवानिवृत्त हो जाएंगी ।
यह प्रमाणित किया जाता है कि सुश्री सीमा मैनी के विरुद्ध अखिल भारतीय सेवा (अनुशासन एवं अपील) नियम, 1969 के अन्तर्गत किसी भी प्रकार की अनुशासनात्मक/विभागीय कार्यवाही लंबित या विचाराधीन नहीं है ।
न्यायालय के आदेशानुसार,

No. 29/Gaz/P.F./Superannuation/2024.—Ms. Seema Maini, Officer of Delhi Higher Judicial Service and presently posted as Principal District and Sessions Judge, North, Rohini, shall stand retired from Delhi Higher Judicial Service in the afternoon of 31st July, 2024 on attaining the age of superannuation of 60 years.
It is certified that no disciplinary/departmental proceedings under All India Service (Discipline & Appeal) Rules, 1969 is pending or contemplated against Ms. Seema Maini.
