F. No. 8/172/2000/HP-II/pt.file-I/ 761-774.—In this department Notification No. 8/172/2000/HP-II/pt.file- I/714-727 dated 27.03.2024 regarding appointment of Advocate Sh. Virender Kumar as Special Public Prosecutor in place of Sh. B.S. Rana to represent the State before Hon'ble Trial Court in case FIR No. 565/1998, under section 420/468/471/120-B of IPC, P.S. Prasad Nagar, both the expressions "F.No. 8/172/2020/HP-II/pt.file-I/714-727" and "F.No.8/172/2021/HP-II/pt. file-I/714-727" may be read as "F.No.8/172/2000/HP-II/pt. file-I/714-727". Rest of contents of the notification remains the same.
