राष्ट्रीय राजधानी राज्य क्षेत्र दिल्ली सरकार GOVERNMENT OF THE NATIONAL CAPITAL TERRITORY OF DELHI दिल्ली, 15 अप्रैल, 2024 गर्भावस्था का चिकित्सीय समापन अधिनियम, 1971 की धारा 4 के खण्ड (ख) के साथ पठित एमटीपी नियमावली, 2003 का नियम 3 के साथ पठित, राष्ट्रीय राजधानी क्षेत्र दिल्ली सरकार अधिनियम, 1991 की धारा 45-घ की उपधारा (क) के अंतर्गत प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए भारत के माननीय राष्ट्रपति एतद्‌ द्वारा राष्ट्रीय राजधानी क्षेत्र दिल्ली में सभी 11 राजस्व जिलों में जिला स्तरीय समितियों का गठन करते हैं :-


1.	जिले का मुख्य जिला चिकित्सा अधिकारी	अध्यक्ष
2.	संबंधित जिले के सीडीएमओ द्वारा नामित स्त्रीरोग विशेषज्ञ	सदस्य
3.	संबंधित जिले के सीडीएमओ द्वारा नामित शल्य चिकित्सक/एनेस्थेटिस्ट	सदस्य
4.	संबंधित जिले के सीडीएमओ द्वारा स्थानीय चिकित्सा पेशेवर	सदस्य

2561 DG/2024 (1) 2 DELHI GAZETTE : EXTRAORDINARY PART IV] • समिति में एक महिला सदस्य होगी तथा इन समितियों का कार्यकाल इस अधिसूचना के जारी होने की तिथि से दो कैलेण्डर वर्ष के लिए होगा।

यह अधिसूचना आधिकारिक राजपत्र में अपने प्रकाशन की तिथि से लागू होगी तथा इस संबंध में जारी

समस्त पूर्ववर्ती अधिसूचना/आदेश अधिक्रमित किए जाएंगे।

F. 20(20.200)/FP/MTP/RCH/DFW/2012-13/2611-39.— In exercise of powers conferred under clause (b) of section 4 of the Medical Termination of Pregnancy Act, 1971, read with the Rule 3 of the MTP Rules, 2003, read with sub-section (a) of section 45-D of the Government of National Capital Territory of Delhi Act, 1991, the Hon'ble President of India of India is pleased to constitute the District Level Committees in all 11 revenue districts in the National Capital Territory of Delhi.

Constitution of District Level Committee (DLC) under MTP Act, 1971

1.	Chief District Medical Officer of the District	Chairperson
2.	Gynaecologist nominated by CDMO of the concerned District	Member
3.	Surgeon/Anaesthetist nominated by CDMO of the concerned District	Member
3.	Local Medical Professional nominated by CDMO of the concerned District	Member

• One member of the committee shall be a woman and the tenure of these Committees shall be for two calendar years from the date of issue of this Notification.

This notification shall come into force on the date of its publication in the official Gazette and supersede all earlier notification/order issued in this regard.
