फा.सं. 47/नीति/आरसीएस/2012/243/सीडीं.000181973/137,—दिल्ली सहकारी सोसायटी अधिनियम, 2003 (दिल्ली अधिनियम, 2004 की संख्या 03) की धारा 114 की उप-धारा (1) तथा (2) तथा राष्ट्रीय राजधानी क्षेत्र दिल्ली सरकार (संशोधन) अधिनियम, 2023 की धारा 45 (घ) की उप-धारा (ख) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए दिल्ली के माननीय उपराज्यपाल, एतद् द्वारा श्री जी.
एस. मीणा, आइर्. ए. एस. (सेवानिवृत) को दिल्ली सहकारी न्यायाधिकरण के सदस्य (प्रशासनिक) के रूप में (04 माह की अवधि तक या नए प्रशासनिक सदस्य के नियुक्ति होने तक, जो भी पहले हो) नियुक्त किया जाता है और इस नियुक्ति के पश्चात वही नियम एवं शर्तें लागू रहेंगी जिन नियम व शर्तों पर पूर्व में कार्य कर रहे थे।।

No. 47/Policy/RCS/2012/243/CD.000181973/137.—In the exercise of powers conferred by sub sections (1) and (2) of section 114 of The Delhi Co-operative Societies Act, 2003 (Delhi Act No. 03 of 2004) and sub-section (b) of Section 45 (D) of the Government of National Capital territory of Delhi (Amendment) Act, 2023, Hon`ble Lt. Governor of Delhi hereby appoints Sh. G. S. Meena, IAS (Rtd.) as Member (Administration) of Delhi Co-operative Tribunal (by a period of 4 months or till new Administrative Member is appointed, whichever is earlier) on the same terms & conditions that he had previously been working on till such period.
