दिनांक 21 अक्टूबर, 2014 की अधिसूचना सं0 एस0ओ0 2740 (ई) के साथ पठित दिनांक 21 जुलाई, 2015 की अधिसूचना सं. एस.ओ. 2004 (ई) के साथ पठित भूमि अधिग्रहण, पुनर्वास एवं पुनःस्थापन (सामाजिक प्रभाव, आंकलन एवं अनुज्ञा) में उचित प्रतिपूर्ति एवं पारदर्शिता का अधिकार नियमावली, 2014 के नियम 3 के उप-नियम (1) के साथ पठित भूमि अधिग्रहण, पुनर्वास एवं पुनःस्थापन में उचित प्रतिपूर्ति एवं पारदर्शिता का अधिकार अधिनियम, 2013 (2013 का 30) की धारा 4 की उपधारा (1) एवं (2) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए राष्ट्रीय राजधानी क्षेत्र दिल्ली के उपराज्यपाल द्वारका परियोजना फेस-I हेतु राजस्व संपदा ग्राम पालम में खसरा सं0 34//15(3-12), 34//16 (4-16), 34//17/1(3-12), 34//17/2(1-04) तथा 34//25 (4-16) मापे जाने वाले क्षेत्र 18 बीघा को सम्मिलित करते भूमि अधिग्रहण करने का प्रयोजन रखते हैं। भारतीय लोक प्रशासन संस्थान (आईआईपीए), इन्द्रप्रस्थ एस्टेट, रिंग रोड, नई दिल्ली-110002 को दिनांक 07/05/2024की अधिसूचना फा. सं. 9(29)/भूमि एवं भवन/भू0अधि0/2020/1147के द्वारा पूर्वोक्त भूमि के संबंध में सामाजिक प्रभाव आंकलन अध्ययन करने के लिए सामाजिक प्रभाव आंकलन इकाई के रूप में निर्दिष्ट किया गया है। 2946 DG/2024 (1) 2 DELHI GAZETTE : EXTRAORDINARY PART IV]

आगे, सामाजिक प्रभाव आकलन का मुख्य उद्देश्य आवश्यकतानुसार सर्वेक्षण तथा जन-सुनवाई के लिए हित धारकों

तथा जनता से परामर्श करना है। सामाजिक प्रभाव आंकलन प्रतिवेदन तथा सामाजिक प्रभाव प्रबंधन योजना के लिए

समयावधि शासकीय राजपत्र में इस अधिसूचना के प्रकाशन की तिथि से छह माह की होगी तथा इसे प्रभावी क्षेत्रों में

विशिष्ट स्थानों पर तथा जिला कलेक्टर (दक्षिण-पश्चिम), कापसहेड़ा, नई दिल्ली-110037 के कार्यालय में, जैसी भी

स्थिति हो, वेबसाइट, पोस्टर, सूचना-पत्र एवं जन-सुनवाई के माध्यम से प्रदर्शित किया जायेगा।

NOTIFICATION

Delhi, the 7th May, 2024

F. No. 9(29)/L&B/LA/2020/1160.—In the exercise of the powers conferred by sub section (1) and (2) of section 4 of the Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act, 2013 (30 of 2013) read with sub-rule (1) of rule 3 of the Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement (Social Impact Assessment and Consent) Rules, 2014, read with Govt. of India, Ministry of Home Affair's Notification No. S.O.2740(E) dated 21st October 2014, read with S.O. 2004 (E) dated 21st July 2015, the Lieutenant Governor of National Capital Territory of Delhi, intends to acquire land comprising of Khasra Nos. 34//15 (3-12), 34//16 (4-16), 34//17/1 (3-12), 34//17/2 (1-04) and 34//25 (4-16) measuring 18 Bigha in Revenue Estate of Village Palam for Dwarka Project Phase-I. The Indian Institute of Public Administration (IIPA), Indraprastha Estate, Ring Road New Delhi 110002 has been assigned as the Social Impact Assessment Unit to carry out social impact assessment study in relation to aforesaid land vide Notification No. F No. 9(29)/L&B/LA/2020/1147 dated 07/05/2024.

Further, the main objectives of Social Impact Assessment are consultation with stake holders and Public, Survey and public hearing wherever required. The time period for Social Impact Assessment report and Social Impact Management Plan will be six months from date of publication of this notification in the official gazette and same will be disclosed by the way of websites, posters, leaflets and public hearing as the case may be at the conspicuous places in affected areas, and in the office of District Collector (South West), Kapashera, New Delhi - 110037.
