सं. 37/गजट/पी.एफ./अधिर्वर्षता/2024.—दिल्ली उच्चतर न्यायिक सेवा के अधिकारी व वतर्मान में (सीबीआई- 23) राउज़ एवेन्यू न्यायालय परिसर, दिल्ली में विशेष न्यायाधीश (पी सी अधिनियम) के रूप में नियुक्त श्री राके श स्याल, दिनांक 30 सितम्बर, 2024 (अपराह्न) को 60 वर्ष की अधिर्वर्षता की आयु प्राप्त करने पर दिल्ली उच्चतर न्यायिक सेवा से सेवानिवृत्त हो जायेंगे ।
यह प्रमाणित किया जाता है कि श्री राके श स्याल के विरुद्ध अखिल भारतीय सेवा (अनुशासन एवं अपील) नियम, 1969 के अन्तर्गत किसी भी प्रकार की अनुशासनात्मक/विभागीय कार्यवाही लंबित या विचाराधीन नहीं है ।

Delhi, the 21st May, 2024
No. 37/Gaz/P.F./Superannuation/2024.—Mr. Rakesh Syal, Officer of Delhi Higher Judicial Service and presently posted as Special Judge (PC Act) (CBI)-23, Rouse Avenue Court Complex, Delhi, shall stand retired from Delhi Higher Judicial Service in the afternoon of 30th September, 2024 on attaining the age of superannuation of 60 years.
It is certified that no disciplinary/departmental proceedings under All India Service (Discipline & Appeal) Rules, 1969 is pending or contemplated against Mr. Rakesh Syal.
