फा0 सं0 30/14/2021/एस0 I/1660.-[दिनांक 18.01.2024 को राष्ट्रीय राजधानी क्षेत्र दिल्ली की सं0 397 पर प्रकाशित सेवाएं विभाग के दिनांक 22 दिसंबर 2023 की संदर्भ अधिसूचना] संघ लोक सेवा आयोग की दिनांक 19.10.2023 के पत्र सं0 फा0 1/24(9)/2022-एयूसी द्वारा यथा संपे्रषित वर्ष 2021 एवं 2022 के रिक्त पदों के निमित्त पदोन्नति हेतु विभागीय पदोन्नति समिति की अनुशंसा के आधार पर सूचित गृह मंत्रालय, भारत सरकार की दिनांक 08.11.2023 के आदेश सं0 14016/12/2020-यूटीएस-II के अनुसार, राष्ट्रपति एतद्‌द्वारा राष्ट्रीय राजधानी क्षेत्र दिल्ली, अंडमान एवं निकोबार द्वीप समूह, लक्षद्वीप, दमन और दीव तथा दादरा एवं नागर हवेली सिविल सेवाएं (दानिक्स) के प्रविष्टि ग्रेड अधिकारी को तत्काल प्रभाव से नियमित आधार पर वेतन स्तर-11 के वेतनमान में सेवा के चयन ग्रेड तथा पूर्वोक्त आदेश में उनके नाम के सामने उल्लिखित तिथि से प्रभावी कल्पित (नोशनल) आधार पर नियुक्त करते हैं।सक्षम प्राधिकारी ने दिनांक 08.11.2023 के गृह मंत्रालय के पूर्वोक्त आदेश के निबंधनों में नियमित आधार पर निधि सरोहे, दानिक्स (2014) के संबंध में, गृह मंत्रालय के दिनांक 08.11.2023 के पूर्वोक्त आदेश को लागू करने के लिए अनुमोदित किया है। 3484 DG/2024 (1) 2 DELHI GAZETTE : EXTRAORDINARY PART IV]

NOTIFICATION

Delhi, the 3rd June, 2024

F. No. 30/14/2021/S.I/1660.—[Reference Notification of Services Department dated 22nd December 2023 published on 18.01.2024, N.C.T.D. No. 397] As per the Ministry of Home Affairs, Govt. of India Order No. 14016/12/2020-UTS-II dated 08.11.2023, wherein it has been informed that based on the recommendations of the Departmental Promotion Committee for promotion against the vacancy years 2021 and 2022, as conveyed by the UPSC vide letter no. F.1/24(9)/2022-AUC dated 19.10.2023, the President is pleased to appoint the Entry Grade officers of NCT of Delhi, Andaman & Nicobar Islands, Lakshadweep, Daman & Diu and Dadra & Nagar Haveli Civil Services (DANICS), to the Selection Grade of the Service in the pay scale of Pay Level – 11 on regular basis with immediate effect and on notional basis with effect from the dates mentioned against their names in the aforesaid order.

The Competent Authority has approved to give effect to the aforesaid Order dated 08.11.2023 of MHA in respect of Nidhi Sarohe, DANICS (2014) on regular basis in terms of the aforesaid order of MHA dated 08.11.2023:
