राष्ट्रीय राजधानी राज्य क्षेत्र दिल्ली सरकार GOVERNMENT OF THE NATIONAL CAPITAL TERRITORY OF DELHI , 9 जुलाई, 2024 1565—68.—चूंकि राष्ट्रीय राजधानी क्षेत्र दिल्ली के उपराज्यपाल इस बात से संतुष्ट है कि ऐसा करना आवश्यक है :
इसलिये, राष्ट्रीय सुरक्षा अधिनियम 1980 की धारा 2 के खण्ड (ई) के साथ पठित धारा 3 की उपधारा (3) के द्वारा
प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए राष्ट्रीय राजधानी क्षेत्र दिल्ली के उपराज्यपाल यह निर्देश देते है कि दिल्ली पुलिस
आयुक्त भी 19/07/2024 18/10/2024 तक की अवधि के दौरान उक्त अधिनियम की धारा 3 की उपधारा (2) की शक्तियो
का प्रयोग निरोध प्राधिकारी के रूप में कर सकते है ।

F. No. 2/1/88/HP-II/Pt.-I/ 1565—68.—Whereas the Lt. Governor of the National Capital Territory of Delhi is satisfied that it is necessary to do so;
Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by sub section (3) of section 3, read with clause (e) of Section 2 of the National Security Act, 1980, the Lt. Governor of the National Capital Territory of Delhi is pleased to direct that during the period 19/07/2024 to 18/10/2024 the Commissioner of Police, Delhi may also exercise the powers of detaining authority under sub section (2) of the section 3 of the aforesaid Act.
