फा. सं. 1/24/2017-न्यायिक/1567-1569.—विधिक सेवा प्राधिकरण अधिनियम, 1987 की धारा 22 (बी) में निहित प्रावधान के अनुसरण में, राष्ट्रीय राजधानी क्षेत्र दिल्ली सरकार )जीएनसीटीडी (अधिनियम 1991 की धारा 45-डी की उप-धारा (ए) के साथ पठित, बिजली से संबंधित मामलों के अधिकार क्षेत्र के संबंध में, भारत के माननीय राष्ट्रपति, सहर्ष स्थायी लोक अदालत-–II को निम्नलिखित अध्यक्ष और अन्य व्यक्तियों / सदस्यों के साथ दिनांक 01.06.2023 से पुनर्गठित करते है।

No. 1/24/2017-Judl./Suptlaw/1567-1569.—In exercise of provisions of sub-Section 2(b) of Section 22 B of the Legal Services Authorities Act 1987, read with sub-section (a) of Section 45D of Government of National Capital Territory of Delhi (GNCTD) Act, 1991 and pursuant to the recommendation of the Delhi State Legal Service Authority, the Hon'ble President of India is pleased to re-constitute Permanent Lok Adalat–II w.e.f. 01.06.2023 comprising the following Chairperson & Other Persons/Members to exercise the jurisdiction in respect of matters related to electricity in the National Capital Territory of Delhi:-
