फा. सं. 61(998)/एसएलएससी का संविधान/डीडी (सीपीयू)/ डीडब्ल्यूसीडी/पार्ट फ़ाइल/7708-25.— राष्ट्रीय राजधानी क्षेत्र दिल्ली (संशोधन) अधिनियम, 2023 की धारा 45 (डी) (अ) और किशोर न्याय (बच्चों की देखभाल और संरक्षण) अधिनियम, 2015 की धारा (2) की उपधारा 59 के साथ किशोर न्याय (बच्चों की देखभाल और संरक्षण) मॉडल नियम, 2016 के नियम 87 के अन्तर्गत प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, भारत के माननीय राष्ट्रपति ने किशोर न्याय बोर्डों के सदस्य कार्यकर्ता और बाल कल्याण समितियों के अध्यक्ष और सदस्यों के चयन के लिए निम्नलिखित चयन समिति का गठन, किशोर न्याय (बच्चों की देखभाल और संरक्षण) अधिनियम, 2015 एवं मॉडल नियम, 2016 के अंतर्गत किया है, जो इस अधिसूचना की तारीख से तीन वर्षों की अवधि के लिए होगी-

चयन समिति प्रतिनिधियों की बैठक में अध्यक्ष, सदस्य सचिव सहित चार सदस्यों से कम नहीं होगें।

F. No. 61(998)/Constitution of SLSC/DD(CPU)/DWCD/2016/Pt. File/7708-25.—In exercise of powers conferred under Sub Section 45 D (a) of the Government of National Capital Territory of Delhi (Amendment) Act, 2023 and Sub Section 59 of Section 2 of Juvenile Justice (Care and Protection of Children) Act, 2015 read with Rule 87 of Juvenile Justice (Care & Protection of Children) Model Rules, 2016, the Hon'ble President of India, hereby constitutes the following Selection Committee for selection of the Member Social Workers, Juvenile Justice Boards and Chairperson and Members, Child Welfare Committees under Juvenile Justice (Care and Protection of Children) Act, 2015 and Model Rules, 2016 for a period of three years from the date of Notification-

The functions of the Selection Committee shall be in accordance with Rule 88 of the aforesaid Model Rules, 2016.
The quorum of the meeting of the Selection Committee shall be not less than four Members including the Chairperson and the Member Secretary.
