I I .—राष्ट्रीय राजधानी क्षेत्र दिल्ली के उपराज्यपाल, दिल्ली माल और सेवा कर ( द्वितीय संशोधन) अधिनियम, 2024 (2024 का 01) की धारा 1 की उपधारा (ii) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, -
(क) तारीख 1 अक्तूबर, 2023 को, उस तारीख के रुप में नियत करते हैं जिसको उक्त अधिनियम की धारा 2 से धारा 24 तक (धारा 14 से धारा 19 के सिवाय) के उपबंध प्रवृत्त होंगे;
(ख) तारीख 1 अगस्त, 2023 को, उस तारीख के रूप में नियत करते हैं जिसको उक्त अधिनियम की धारा 14 से धारा 19 के उपबंध प्रवृत्त होंगे। 2 DELHI GAZETTE : EXTRAORDINARY PART IV] FINANCE (EXPENDITURE-I) DEPARTMENT NOTIFICATION

No. F. 3 (09)/Fin.(Exp-I)/2024-25/DS-I/715.—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (ii) of section 1 of The Delhi Goods and Services Tax (Second Amendment) Act, 2024 (01 of 2024), the Lieutenant Governor of National Capital Territory of Delhi, hereby appoints, —
(a) the 1st day of October, 2023, as the date on which the provisions of sections 2 to 24 (except sections 14 to 19) of the said Act shall come into force;
(b) the 1st day of August, 2023, as the date on which the provisions of sections 14 to 19 of the said Act shall come into force.
