28 जून, 2024 की अधिसूचना सं0 एस0ओ0 2506 (ई) के साथ पठित भारतीय नागरिक सुरक्षा संहिता, 2023 की धारा
218 की उपधारा (3) के अन्तर्गत प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए माननीय उपराज्यपाल, दिल्ली एतद् द्वारा
निर्दे" ा देते है कि बीएनएसएस, 2023 की धारा 218 की उपधारा (2) के प्रावधान सार्वजनिक व्यवस्था के लिए दिल्ली
पुलिस बल के समस्त रैंक के सेवारत पुलिस अधिकारियों पर लागू होंगे।

No. 1/1/2024/HP-I/2241 to 2256—In exercise of powers conferred under sub-section (3) of section 218 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, read with the Ministry of Home Affairs, Govt. of India's Notification No. S.O. 2506(E), dated 28th June, 2024, the Hon'ble Lt. Governor, Delhi is hereby pleased to direct that the provisions of sub-section (2) of Section 218 of BNSS, 2023 shall apply to serving police officials of all ranks of Delhi Police force charged with the maintenance of public order.
