फा. सं.7/ईएम(बीएन)/सीआई/12-13/पार्ट-1/1198-1208.—जबकि शहरी विकास मंत्रालय, भारत सरकार द्वारा जारी दिल्ली मास्टर प्लान, 2021 के अन्तर्गत 20 दिसंबर, 2013 की अधिसूचना संख्या 3761(ई) के द्वारा क्षेत्र के -1 की क्षेत्रीय विकास योजना के संबंध में उपयोग भूमि को संशोधित/परिवर्तित किया गया था तथा परियोजना का नाम परिवर्तित करके 'औद्योगिक पार्क'' कर दिया गया था।
इसलिए, अब दिल्ली औद्योगिक विकास, प्रचालन तथा अनुरक्षण अधिनियम, 2010 की धारा-2 की उप-धारा -K के अन्तर्गत प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए तथा इस सरकार की दिनांक 4 अक्टूबर, 2023 की अधिसूचना फा.सं. 7/ईएम(बीएन)/सीआई/12-13/पार्ट-1/892-902 के अधिक्रमण में राष्ट्रीय राजधानी क्षेत्र दिल्ली के उपराज्यपाल एतद् द्वारा दिल्ली औद्योगिक विकास, प्रचालन तथा अनुरक्षण(डीआईडीओएम) अधिनियम, 2010 के प्रावधानों के अन्तर्गत तथा शहरी विकास मंत्रालय (दिल्ली प्रभाग), भारत सरकार द्वारा जारी दिनांक 20.12.2013 की अधिसूचना सं. एसओ 3716(ई) में उल्लिखित भूमि उपयेाग के अनुसार बापरोला औद्योगिकी क्षेत्र के 54.89 हैक्टेयर क्षेत्र को ''औद्योगिकी पार्क'' के रूप में विकसित करने की घोषणा करते हैं। 2 DELHI GAZETTE : EXTRAORDINARY PART IV] टीप :- • उपयोग क्षेत्र ''औद्योगिक'' के भीतर अनुमत गतिविधियां दिल्ली मास्टर प्लान-2021 के अनुसार होगी।
• परियोजना के अन्य भूमि उपयोग पॉकेट में विकास मौजूदा दिल्ली मास्टर प्लान के अनुसार होगा।

NOTIFICATION
Delhi, the 9th September, 2024
No. F. 7/EM(BN)/CI/12-13/Pt-1/1198-1208.—Whereas land use was modified /changed in respect of Zonal Development Plan of Zone K-I and name of project was changed to "Industrial Park" vide Notification No.3761(E) dated 20th December, 2013, under Master Plan of Delhi-2021 issued by Ministry of Urban Development, Govt. of India.
Therefore, now in exercise of powers conferred under sub section (k) of Section 2 of the Delhi Industrial Development, Operation and Maintenance Act, 2010 and in supersession of Notification of this Government, F. No. 7/EM(BN)/CI/12-13/Pt.-1/892-902 dated 4th October, 2023, the Lt. Governor of National Capital Territory of Delhi hereby declares an area of 54.89 Hectare of Baprola Industrial Area to be developed as "Industrial Park" as per the land use mentioned in the Notification No. SO. 3716(E) dated 20.12.2013 issued by Ministry of Urban Development (Delhi Division), Govt. of India and under the provisions of Delhi Industrial Development, Operation & Maintenance (DIDOM) Act, 2010.
Note:
• The activities permitted within "Industrial" use zone will be strictly as per Master Plan of Delhi -2021.
• The development in other land use pockets of the project shall adhere to prevailing Master Plan of Delhi.
