2014 के नियम 12 तथा राष्ट्रीय राजधानी क्षेत्र दिल्ली सरकार अधिनियम, 1991 की धारा 45-घ की उपधारा (क) के साथ
पठित मानव अंग एवं उत्तक प्रत्यारोपण अधिनियम, 1994 की धारा 9 की उप धारा (4) के खण्ड (ख) के अन्तर्गत प्रदत्त शक्तियों
का प्रयोग करते हुए, दिनांक 31 जुलाई 2017 की फा0सं0 एए/डीओटीसी/ 2017/एचबीएसी/3039/2042-2051 के द्वारा
दिल्ली राजपत्र असाधारण भाग- IV में प्रकाशित इस सरकार की अधिसूचना के अधिक्रमण में भारत के राष्ट्रपति एतद्द्वारा
मैक्स सुपर स्पेशलिटी अस्पताल, 1-प्रैस इन्क्लेव रोड़, साकेत, नई दिल्ली-17 के लिए निम्नलिखित व्यक्ति सम्मिलित करते हुए
अस्पताल आधारित प्राधिकार समिति का पुनर्गठन करते हैं, जो शासकीय राजपत्र में अधिसूचना के प्रकाशन की तिथि से प्रभावी
होगी, अर्थात् :-

No. AA/DOTC/2016/HBAC/3039/1081-1088.—In exercise of powers conferred by clause (b) of sub- section (4) of section 9 of the Transplantation of Human Organs and Tissues Act, 1994 read with rule 12 of the Transplantation of Human Organs and Tissues Rules, 1994 and sub-section (a) of section 45-D of the Government of National Capital Territory of Delhi Act, 1991, in supersession of the notification of this Government, published in Delhi Gazette, Extraordinary, Part-IV vide No. F. No. AA/DOTC/2016/HBAC/3039/2042-2051 dated 31st July, 2017, the President of India hereby re-constitutes the Hospital Based Authorization Committee for Max Super Specialty Hospital, 1, Press Enclave Road, Saket, New Delhi-110017, consisting of following persons, with effect from the date of publication of this notification in official gazette, namely:-
