राष्ट्रीय राजधानी राज्य क्षेत्र दिल्ली सरकार GOVERNMENT OF THE NATIONAL CAPITAL TERRITORY OF DELHI दिल्ली, 24 सितम्बर, 2024 VII .-माननीय अध्यक्ष, दिल्ली विधान सभा के निर्णय दिनांक 24.09.2024 के अनुपालन में सातवीं विधान सभा के निम्नलिखित सदस्य को, भारत के संविधान की दसवीं अनुसूची के अनुच्छेद 2(1)(ए) के साथ पठित भारत के संविधान के अनुच्छेद 191(2), राष्ट्रीय राजधानी क्षेत्र दिल्ली अधिनियम 1991 की धारा 16 और दिल्ली विधान सभा सदस्य (दल-परिवर्तन के आधार पर निरर्हता) नियम, 1996 के नियम 8 के अंतर्गत, दिल्ली विधान सभा के सदस्य होने से अयोग्य ठहराया है।

No. 25/37/2024/LAS-VII/Leg./7040.—In pursuance of Hon'ble Speaker, Legislative Assembly of NCT of Delhi's decision dated 24.09.2024, the following Member of the Seventh Legislative Assembly of NCT of Delhi has incurred disqualification from being a Member of Delhi Legislative Assembly in terms of Paragraph 2(1)(a) of the Tenth Schedule to the Constitution of India read with Article 191(2) of the Constitution of India, Section 16 of Government of National Capital Territory of Delhi Act, 1991 and Rule 8 of The Members of Delhi Legislative Assembly (Disqualification on Grounds of Defection) Rules, 1996.
