फा. सं. एए/डीओटीसी/2017/एचबीएसी/3042/1091-1098.—मानव अंग एवं उत्तक प्रत्यारोपण नियमावली, 2014 के नियम 12 तथा राष्ट्रीय राजधानी क्षेत्र दिल्ली सरकार अधिनियम, 1991 की धारा 45-घ की उपधारा (क) के साथ पठित मानव अंग एवं उत्तक प्रत्यारोपण अधिनियम, 1994 की धारा 9 की उप धारा (4) के खण्ड (ख) के अन्तर्गत प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, दिनांक 19 अप्रैल, 2021 की फा. सं. एए/डीओटीसी/2017/एचबीएसी/3042/186-195 के द्वारा दिल्ली राजपत्र असाधारण भाग-IV में प्रकाशित इस सरकार की अधिसूचना के अधिक्रमण में भारत के राष्ट्रपति एतद्द्वारा इंद्रप्रस्थ अपोलो अस्पताल, सरिता विहार, मथुरा रोड, नइ दिल्ली-110076 के लिए निम्नलिखित व्यक्ति सम्मिलित करते हुए अस्पताल आधारित प्राधिकार समिति का पुनर्गठन करते हैं, जो शासकीय राजपत्र में अधिसूचना के प्रकाशन की तिथि से प्रभावी होगी, अर्थात् :-

No. AA/DOTC/2017/HBAC/3042/1091-1098.—In exercise of powers conferred under clause (b) of sub-section (4) of section 9 of the Transplantation of Human Organs and Tissues Act, 1994, read with rule 12 of the Transplantation of Human Organs and Tissues Rules, 2014 and sub-section (a) of section 45-D of the Government of National Capital Territory of Delhi Act, 1991, in suppression of the notification of this Government, published in Delhi Gazette, Extraordinary, Part-IV vide No. F. No. AA/DOTC/2017/HBAC/3042/186-195 dated 19th April, 2021, the President of India hereby Re-constitutes the Hospital Based Authorization Committee for Indraprastha Apollo Hospital, Sarita Vihar, Mathura Road, New Delhi 110076, consisting the following persons, with effect from the date of publication of the Notification in the Official Gazette, namely:-
