राष्ट्रीय राजधानी राज्य क्षेत्र दिल्ली सरकार GOVERNMENT OF THE NATIONAL CAPITAL TERRITORY OF DELHI दिल्ली, 27 सितम्बर, 2024 —राष्ट्रीय राजधानी क्षेत्र दिल्ली सरकार अधिनियम, 1991 की धारा 45घ की उपधारा (क) सहित मोटर वाहन अधिनियम, 1988 की धारा (2) की उप-धारा (41) के साथ पठित केंद्रीय मोटर वाहन नियमावली, 1989 के नियम 174 के उप-नियम (iv) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए दिल्ली के उपराज्यपाल एतद्‌ द्वारा स्वचालित परीक्षण केंद्र के पंजीकरण के लिए केंद्रीय मोटर वाहन नियमावली, 1989 के अध्याय XI के अंतर्गत प्रारंभिक पंजीकरण प्रमाण-पत्र जारी करने, पंजीकरण प्रमाण-पत्र जारी करने तथा नवीनीकरण करने हेतु राष्ट्रीय राजधानी क्षेत्र दिल्ली सरकार के परिवहन आयुक्त को नामित एवं सशक्त बनाते हैं।

यह अधिसूचना शासकीय राजपत्र में प्रकाशन की तिथि से प्रभावी होगी।

NOTIFICATION

Delhi, the 27th September, 2024

F. No. DTO/VIU/Tpt./2024/380.—In exercise of power conferred by sub-rule (iv) of Rule 174 of the Central Motor Vehicles Rules, 1989 read sub-section (41) of section (2) of the Motor Vehicle Act, 1988, with sub- section (a) of section 45D of the Government of National Capital Territory of Delhi, Act 1991, the Lieutenant Governor of Delhi hereby nominates & empowers Commissioner of Transport, Government of National Capital Territory of Delhi, to issue Preliminary registration Certificates, issue and renew Registration Certificates under Chapter-XI of the Central Motor Vehicles Rules, 1989 for the registration of automated Testing Station.

This notification shall come into force form the date of its publication in the Official Gazette.
