फा0सं0 6/18/2020-न्यायि0/पी0एफ0 1/अधी0विधि/1876-1883 -राष्ट्रीय राजधानी क्षेत्र दिल्ली के उपराज्यपाल, दिल्ली उच्च न्यायालय के परामर्श से, एतद् द्वारा -
(1) दिल्ली उच्चतर न्यायिक सेवा नियमावली, 1970 के नियम 7(1) (क) के अंतर्गत डीएचजेएस में तदर्थ आधार पर वर्तमान में कार्यरत निम्नलिखित अधिकारियों को दिल्ली उच्चतर न्यायिक सेवा में उनके पदभार ग्रहण करने की तिथि से नियमित रिक्तियों के निमित्त नियमित आधार पर पदोन्नत/नियुक्त करते हैं तथा दिल्ली उच्चतर न्यायिक सेवा नियमावली, 1970 के प्रावधानों के अनुसार दिल्ली उच्चतर न्यायिक सेवा में उन्हें परिवीक्षा पर रखते हैः-
1. श्री अनुराग दास
2. श्री संतोष कुमार सिंह
(2) दिल्ली न्यायिक सेवा के निम्नलिखित अधिकारियों को 16 फास्ट ट्रैक विशेष न्यायालयों की स्थापना हेतु दिनांक 26.09.2020 के पत्र के माध्यम से राष्ट्रीय राजधानी क्षेत्र दिल्ली सरकार द्वारा स्वी—त फास्ट ट्रैक विशेष न्यायालयों में 2 परिणामी रिक्तियों के निमित्त दिल्ली उच्चतर न्यायिक सेवा में उनके पदभार ग्रहण करने की तिथि से तदर्थ आधार पर नियुक्त/पदोन्नत करते हैं- 2 DELHI GAZETTE : EXTRAORDINARY PART IV] 1. सुश्री आकांक्षा व्यास 2. श्री हरजीत सिंह जसपाल तदर्थ आधार पर पदोन्नति से उक्त अधिकारियों को दिल्ली उच्चतर न्यायिक सेवा के कैडर में आमेलन या वरिष्ठता का कोई अधिकार नहीं मिलेगा और ऐसे फास्ट ट्रैक विशेष न्यायालयों के बंद होने की स्थिति में, ऐसे अधिकारी दिल्ली न्यायिक सेवा के अपने मूल कैडर में वापस लौट जाएंगे।

F. No. 6/18/2020-Judl./P.F.1/Suptlaw/1876-1883.—The Lt. Governor of the National Capital Territory of Delhi, in consultation with the High Court of Delhi is pleased to:—
(1) Promote/appoint the following officers who are presently working on ad-hoc basis in DHJS to Delhi Higher Judicial Service under Rule 7(1) (a) of Delhi Higher Judicial Service Rules, 1970 on regular basis against regular vacancies with effect from the date they assume charge of the office and to place them on probation in the Delhi Higher Judicial Service as per the provisions of the Delhi Higher Judicial Service Rules, 1970:—
1. Mr. Anurag Dass
2. Mr. Santosh Kumar Singh
(2) Promote/appoint on ad hoc basis, the following officers of Delhi Judicial Service to Delhi Higher Judicial Service against 2 resultant consequential vacancies in Fast Track Special Courts sanctioned by the Govt. of NCT of Delhi vide letter dated 26.09.2020 for setting up of 16 Fast Track Special Courts, from the date they assume charge of the office.
1. Ms. Aakansha Vyas
2. Mr. Harjeet Singh Jaspal
The promotion on ad hoc basis shall not confer any right of absorption or seniority on the aforesaid officers in the cadre of Delhi Higher Judicial Service and in case of discontinuation of such Fast Track Special Courts, such officers shall revert back to their substantive Cadre of Delhi Judicial Service.
