फा. सं. 06/47/2012/गृह-पुलिस-I/स्था./2874-81.—दिल्ली पुलिस अधिनियम, 1978 (1978 का 34) की धारा 147 के साथ पठित दिल्ली पुलिस अधिनियम, 1978 की धारा 38 की उप-धारा (2), धारा 39 की उप-धारा (2) तथा धारा 40 की उप-धारा (2), दिल्ली पुलिस (विविध मामले) नियमावली, 1980 के नियम 4 द्वारा प्रदा शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए तथा इस सरकार की दिनांक 10 दिसंबर 2014 की अधिसूचना सं. फा. 06/47/12/गृह-पुलिस-I/स्था./5440-5447 के अधिक्रमण में, राष्ट्रीय राजधानी क्षेत्र दिल्ली के उपराज्यपाल, एतद्द्वारा निर्देश देते हैं कि निजी व्यक्तियों, वाणिज्यिक प्रतिष्ठानों तथा उक्त अधिनियम की धारा 38, धारा 39 तथा धारा 40 के अंतर्गत यथा उपबंधित अन्य कत्र्तव्यों की प्रकृति हेतु भुगतान पर पुलिस की अतिरिक्त तैनाती के संबंध में निम्नलिखित प्रभार मान तत्काल प्रभाव से लागू होंगे; अर्थात्- 1. सहायक आयुक्त, पुलिस - रुपये 7039/-
2. निरीक्षक, पुलिस - रुपये 7176/- प्रत्येक दिन पाँच घंटे अथवा
3. उप-निरीक्षक, पुलिस - रुपये 5739/- प्रत्येक रात्रि चार घंटे
4. सहायक उप-निरीक्षक, पुलिस - रुपये 4783/- 2 DELHI GAZETTE : EXTRAORDINARY PART IV] यदि तैनाती उपरोक्त विनिर्दिष्ट प्रत्येक दिन/प्रत्येक रात्रि के घंटों से अधिक होती है, तो प्रभार दोगुना होंगे। इसके अतिरिक्त, पूर्वोक्त प्रभार मान में सक्षम प्राधिकारी द्वारा दरों के संशोधन होने तक उपरोक्त मूल्य पर प्रतिवर्ष 3 प्रतिशत की दर से वृद्धि होगी।

Delhi, the 12th November, 2024
F. No. 06/47/2012/HP-I/Estt./2874-81.—In exercise of the powers conferred by section 147 of Delhi Police Act, 1978 (34 of 1978) read with sub-section (2) of section 38, sub-section (2) of section 39 and sub-section (2) of section 40 of the Delhi Police Act, 1978 read with rule 4 of Delhi Police (Miscellaneous Matters) Rules, 1980 and in supersession of this Governments Notification No. F.No. 06/47/12/HP-I/Estt./5440 to 5447 dated 10th December, 2014, the Lieutenant Governor of the National Capital Territory of Delhi is pleased to direct that the following scales of charges, in respect of deployment of additional police on payment, to private persons, commercial establishments and for other duties of the nature as provided under section 38, section 39 and section 40 of the said Act, shall come into force with immediate effect, namely:-
1. Assistant Commissioner of Police – Rs. 7039/-
2. Inspector of Police - Rs. 7176/-
3. Sub Inspector of Police - Rs. 5739/- Per day for five hours
4. Assistant Sub-Inspector of Police - Rs. 4783/- or per night of four hours.
5. Head Constable - Rs. 4232/-
6. Constable - Rs. 3658/-
The charges shall be doubled in case the deployment exceeds the above-specified hours per day/night.
Further, the aforesaid scale of charges shall increase @ 3% per year on the above price till the revision of rates by Competent Authority.
