राष्ट्रीय राजधानी राज्य क्षेत्र दिल्ली सरकार GOVERNMENT OF THE NATIONAL CAPITAL TERRITORY OF DELHI दिल्ली, 18 नवम्बर, 2024 .— गुरू गोबिन्द सिंह इन्द्रप्रस्थ विश्वविद्यालय अधिनियम 1998(1998 का अधिनियम 9) की धारा 27(2) के प्रावधानों के अनुपालन में, गुरू गोबिन्द सिंह इन्द्रप्रस्थ विश्वविद्यालय के प्रबन्ध मंडल ने 14.06.2022 को सम्पन्न हुई अपनी 77 वीं बैठक में कार्यसूची की मद सं 77.06 के संकल्प के द्वारा विश्वविद्यालय के वर्तमान अध्यादेश 10 और 11 के खण्ड 11.3(vi) में निम्न सं"ाोधनों को स्वीकृति दे दीः
| Vi जिन छात्रों ने अध्ययन का अंतिम वर्ष पूरा कर लिया है लेकिन विषम सत्रकों के किसी भी पाठ्यक्रम/विषयों में वे | Vi केवल उन नियमित छात्रों, जिनका अग्र-अंतिम वर्ष तक के पाठ्यक्रमो ं का पिछला शेष नहीं है, के लिये अंतिम |

| अनुत्तीर्ण हो गये हैं; उन छात्रों के लिये जून-जुलाई मास में विषम सत्रको ं के सभी पाठ्यक्रमो ं/विषयों की अनुपूरक परीक्षाएँ आयोजित की जायेगी। ि जन छात्रों ने अध्ययन का अंतिम वर्ष पूरा कर लिया है लेकिन सम सत्रकों के किसी भी पाठ्यक्रम/विषयों में अनुत्तीर्ण हो गये है; उन छात्रों के लिये, सम सत्रकों के परिणाम घोषित हो जाने के बाद, अधिमानतः अगस्त-सितंबर मास में सम सत्रकों के सभी पाठ्यक्रमों विषयों की अनुपूरक परीक्षाएँ आयोजित की जाये ंगी। ि शक्षकों के सतत मूल्यांकन घटक इन मामलो ं में परिवर्तित नहीं होंगे। अनुपूरक अंतिम सत्रक परीक्षाएँ, अध्ययनों के उन कार्यक्रमों के लिये ही आयोजित की जायेंगी जिनके पाठ्य विवरण तथा शिक्षण एवं परीक्षाओं की योजना, इस परीक्षा को विनिर्दिष्ट करते होंगे। | वार्षिक परिणाम घोषित हो जाने के बाद ही अनुपूरक परीक्षाएँ आयोजित की जाएँगी अर्थात्, अनुपूरक अवधि समाप्त परीक्षाएँ उन नियमित छात्रों जो केवल अंतिम वर्ष के पाठ्यक्रमों में ही अनुत्तीर्ण हुए हैं; के लिये अंतिम वर्ष के पाठ्यक्रमों में से ही आयोजित की जाएँगी। अ न ुपूरक अवधि समाप्त परीक्षाएँ केवल उन्हीं छात्रो ं के लिये अनुमत होंगी जिनको अंतिम वर्ष के पाठ्यक्रमों की परीक्षाओ ं में सम्मिलित होने के लिये केवल एक ही अवसर प्रदान किया गया होगा। ि शक्षकों के सतत मूल्यांकन घटक इन मामलों मे ं परिवर्तित नहीं होंगे। अनुपूरक अवधि समाप्त परीक्षाएँ, अध्ययनाें के उन कार्यक्रमो ं के लिये ही आयोजित की जायेंगी जिनके पाठ्य विवरण तथा शिक्षण एवं परीक्षाओं की योजना, इस परीक्षा को विनिर्दिष्ट करते होंगे। |

यह संशोधन, प्रबंध मंडल द्वारा दी गई स्वीकृति तिथि, अर्थात् 14.06.2022 से प्रभावी होगा।

F.No. GGSIPU/Coord/Ord.10-11/77th BOM/Amend/2022-23/342.—In pursuance of the provisions of Section 27 (2) of the Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University Act 1998 (Act 9 of 1998), the Board of Management of the Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University in its 77th meeting held on 14.06.2022 vide resolution to agenda item no. 77.06 approved the following amendments in the clause 11.3 (vi) of the existing Ordinance 10 and 11 of the University:

| Ordinance 11 clause 11.3 (vi) Supplementary End Term Examinations The supplementary examinations to be held for all courses of odd semesters in the month of June-July for the students who have completed final year of studies but who have failed in any course(s) of odd semesters. T he supplementary examinations of all courses of even semesters for the students who have completed final year of studies but who have failed in any course(s) of even semesters shall be conducted after the declaration of the even semesters result preferably in the month of August- September. T he teachers' continuous evaluation components shall not change in these cases. The supplementary end term examinations shall be held for programmes of studies whose syllabi and Scheme of Teaching and Examinations specify this examination. | Ordinance 11 Clause 11.3 (vi) Final Year Supplementary Term End Examinations A supplementary examination shall be conducted after the declaration of the final year result, only for those regular students who do not have backlog upto the pre- final year courses. That is, supplementary term end examinations to be held only for the courses of the final year for the regular students who have failed only in courses of the final year. The supplementary term end examinations shall be allowed only to students who have only been offered one chance to appear in the examinations of the final year course(s). T he teachers continuous evaluation components shall not change in these cases. The supplementary term end examinations shall be held for programmes of studies whose Syllabi and Scheme of Teaching and Examination specify this examination. |

This amendment shall come into force with effect from the date of approval by the Board of Management i.e. 14.06.2022.
