की धारा (2) के खंड (41) के साथ पठित धारा 68 की उपधारा (1) तथा दिल्ली मोटर वाहन नियमावली, 1993 के नियम 48
द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए एवं दिनांक 19 दिसंबर, 2020 के दिल्ली राजपत्र (असाधारण) के भाग IV में
प्रकाि" ात दिनांक 18 दिसंबर, 2020 की अधिसूचना फा0 संख्या 21/60/सचि./एसटीए/2009/77427 के अधिक्रमण में,
ऐसे अधिक्रमण से पूर्व की गई या विलोप की जाने वाली बातों को छोड़कर, एतद् द्वारा राष्ट्रीय राजधानी क्षेत्र दिल्ली हेतु
अधिसूचना के प्रका" ान की तिथि से निम्नलिखित व्यक्तियों को सम्मिलित करते हुए राज्य परिवहन प्राधिकरण का पुनर्गठन
करते हैं, अर्थात्-
1. सचिव-सह-आयुक्त, परिवहन - अध्यक्ष
2. निदे" ाक, अंतर्राष्ट्रीय ऑटोमोटिव प्रौद्योगिकी केंद्र (आईसीएटी) - सदस्य

No. AS/STA /TPT/2021/STA(B)/ 63768 - In exercise of the powers conferred by sub section (1) of section 68 read with clause (41) of section 2 of the Motor Vehicles Act, 1988, (59 of 1988) and rule 48 of the Delhi Motor Vehicles Rules, 1993 and in supersession of notification no. F 21/60/Secy/STA/2009/77427 dated 18th December, 2020, published in Part-IV of Delhi Gazette (Extra Ordinary) dated the 19th December, 2020, except as respects things done or omitted to be done before such supersession, the State Transport Authority for the National Capital Territory of Delhi is hereby reconstituted, consisting of the following persons with effect from the date of publication of notification, namely:-
1. Secretary-cum-Commissioner, Transport Chairperson
2. Director, International Centre for Automotive Technology (ICAT) Member
3. Head, Transportation Research & Injury Prevention Center (TRIP center) Member
4. Special Commissioner of Police, Traffic Member
5. Secretary, State Transport Authority Member-Secretary
This issues with the approval of Hon'ble LG , Government of NCT of Delhi.
