फा.सं.जीजीएसआईपीयू/कॉर्ड/ओआरडी. 32और33/80वीं बीओएम/अमेन्ड/2023-24/351.— अधिसूचना सं. आईपीवी/जेआर(सी)/ऑर्ड.32/बीओएम 43/2012/487 दिनांक 19.06.2012 द्वारा अधिसूचित 'वृत्तिक आचार नीति, अनुशासन, शास्ति एवं अपील नियम (अध्यापन स्टाफ) आचार संहिता से संबंधित अध्यादेश 32 एवं अधिसूचना सं0 आईपीवी/जे आर (सी)/ऑर्ड. 34/बी ओ एम 47 /2011/377 दिनांक 14.02.2012 के द्वारा अधिसूचित अनुशासन, शाक्ति एवं अपील नियम (गैर शिक्षण स्टाफ)आचार संहिता से संबंधित अध्यादेश 33 के आंशिक सुधार तथा गुरू गोबिंद सिंह इन्द्रप्रस्थ विश्वविद्यालय अधिनियम 1998 (1998 का अधिनियम 9) की धारा 27 (2) के प्रावधानों के अनुपालन में, गुरू गोबिन्द सिंह इन्द्रप्रस्थ विश्वविद्यालय के प्रबंध मंडल ने 03.11.2023 को आयोजित अपनी 80 वीं बैठक मेंं कार्यसूची मद संख्या 80.15 के संकल्प द्वारा अधिसूचित अध्यादेश 32 और 33 की निम्न धाराओं में आंशिक संशोधनों/ स्पष्टीकरणों को स्वीकृति दे दीः

Delhi, the 18th November, 2024
F.No. GGSIPU/Coord/Ord.32& 33/80th BOM/Amend/2023-24/351.—In partial amendment to the Ordinance 32 relating to 'Code of Professional Ethics, Discipline, Penalty & Appeal Rules (Teaching Staff)notified vide Notification No. IPV/JR (C)/ Ord.32/BOM 43/2012/487 dated 19.06.2012 and Ordinance 33 relating to 'Code of Conduct, Discipline, Penalty & Appeal Rules (Non –Teaching Staff)'notified vide notification no. IPV/JR(C)/Ord.34/BOM 47/2011/377 dated 14.02.2012 and in pursuance of the provisions of Section 27 (2) of the Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University Act 1998 (Act 9 of 1998), the Board of Management of the Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University in its 80th meeting held on 03.11.2023 vide resolution to agenda item no. 80.15 approved partial amendment/ clarifications in the following clauses of the notified Ordinances 32 and 33:
