II - .—भारतीय नागरिक सुरक्षा संहिता, 2023 की धारा 18 की उपधारा (8) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, सक्षम प्राधिकारी, श्री अखंड प्रताप सिंह, अधिवक्ता को दिनांक 04.10.2024 के अपने पत्र के माध्यम से दिल्ली पुलिस द्वारा यथा प्रस्तावित निम्नलिखित शुल्क संरचना पर मकोका अधिनियम की धारा 3/4 के अंतर्गत पुलिस थाना अपराध शाखा, नई दिल्ली एफआईआर संख्या 165/2024 के मामले में माननीय परीक्षण न्यायालय के समक्ष राज्य का प्रतिनिधित्व करने के लिए विशेष लोक अभियोजक के रूप में नियुक्त करते हैं :-

No.F. 8/196/SPP/2024/HP-II/3781-94.— In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (8) of section 18 of the Bharatiya Nagrik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, the Competent Authority is pleased to appoint Sh. Akhand Pratap Singh, Advocate as Special Public Prosecutor to represent the state before Ld. Trial Court in case FIR No. 165/2024 u/s 3/4 MCOC Act, P.S. Crime Branch, New Delhi on the following fee structure as proposed by Delhi Police vide their letter dated 04.10.2024:-
