No. 8/147/2024/HP-II/3767-3780.—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (8) of section 18 of the Bharatiya Nagrik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, the Competent Authority is pleased to appoint Sh. Akhand Pratap Singh, Advocate as Special Public Prosecutor to represent the state before Ld. Trial Court in the matter of case FIR No. 91/2021 u/s 3/4 MCOC 4/5 Explosive Substance Act and 25 Arms Act, P.S. Spl. Cell, Delhi on the following fee structure as proposed by Delhi Police vide their letter dated 26.06.2024:-

Appearance fee (per conference)	Rs. 15,000/-
Drafting fee per application	Rs. 15,000/-
Clerkage Charges	10% of full bill amount
