सं.फा. 5 (625)/वाद/वि. न्या. एवं वि .का./2022/10287-10336.—सिविल प्रक्रिया संहिता (1908 का 5) की धारा 2 (7) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों एवं इस सन्र्दभ मे अन्य समस्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए राष्ट्रीय राजधानी क्षेत्र दिल्ली के उपराज्यपाल, राष्ट्रीय राजधानी क्षेत्र दिल्ली सरकार तथा/अथवा राष्ट्रीय राजधानी क्षेत्र दिल्ली सरकार के कार्याें के संदर्भ में भारत सरकार तथा/अथवा जन अधिकारी/अधिकारीगण जिनका बचाव इसके द्वारा किया गया है, द्वारा या विरूद्ध किसी भी प्रकार के वाद याचिका, अपील या अन्य कार्यवाहियां चलाने के लिये दिल्ली उच्च न्यायालय, दिल्ली हेतु स्थायी अधिवक्ता (सिविल) के रूप में श्री समीर वशिष्ट को नियुक्त करते हैं।
ये नियुक्तिं समय-समय पर यथा निर्धारित शर्तों के अधीन होगी ।
यह अधिसूचना तत्काल से प्रभावी होगी तथा यह आगामी आदेश तक प्रवृत रहेगी।

के आदेश से और उनके नाम पर, 2 DELHI GAZETTE : EXTRAORDINARY PART IV] DEPARTMENT OF LAW, JUSTICE AND LEGISLATIVE AFFAIRS NOTIFICATION
Delhi, the 19th December, 2024
No. F. 5(625)/Lit./LJ&LA/2022/10287-10336.—In exercise of the powers conferred under sub-section (7) of section 2 of Code of Civil Procedure (5 of 1908) and all other powers enabling him in this behalf, the Lt. Governor of the National Capital Territory of Delhi is pleased to appoint Mr. Sameer Vashisht, Advocate as Standing Counsel (Civil) for the High Court of Delhi in relation to any suit, writ petition, appeal or other proceedings by or against the Government of National Capital Territory of Delhi and / or Union of India in relation to the affairs of the National Capital Territory of Delhi and / or public officer(s) whose defence has been undertaken by it.
The appointment of the above-named advocate shall be subject to such terms and conditions as may be prescribed from time to time.
This notification shall come into force with immediate effect and shall remain in force till further orders.
