सं.फा. डी.एस.एच.सी/009/2018-19/647-657.—राष्ट्रीय राजधानी क्षेत्र दिल्ली सरकार अधिनियम, 1991 की धारा 45 घ के खंड (क) के तहत शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए (अधिसूचना संख्या एस.ओ. 3753 (ई) दिनांक 2 सितंबर, 2024) और दिल्ली स्टेट हज कमेटी अधिनियम-2006 की नियम 3 (2) के तहत एव ंहज कमेटी अधिनियम, 2002 की धारा 2 (i) के द्वारा प्रदत्त शंक्तिया ेंका प्रयोग करते हुये माननीय उपराज्यपाल, राष्ट्रीय राजधानी क्षेत्र, दिल्ली के द्वारा श्री प्रवीण खंडेलवाल को तत्काल प्रभाव से दिल्ली राज्य हज समिति के शेष कार्यकाल के लिए नीचे उल्लिखित श्रेणी के अंतर्गत दिल्ली राज्य हज समिति के सदस्य के रूप में नियुक्त करते हैं।ः

DSHC/009/2018-19/647-657.—In exercise of the powers under Section 45 D (a) of the Govt. of NCT of Delhi Act, 1991 (vide Notification No. S.O. 3753 (E) dated 2nd September, 2024) and the powers under rule 3(2) of the Delhi State Haj Committee Rules, 2006 and the power of 'State Government' entrusted under section 2 (i) of the Haj Committee Act, 2002, the Hon'ble Lt. Governor, NCT of Delhi hereby appoints Sh. Praveen Khandelwal, as member of the Delhi State Haj Committee under the category as mentioned below for the remaining tenure of the Delhi State Haj Committee with immediate effect:
