राष्ट्रीय राजधानी राज्य क्षेत्र दिल्ली सरकार GOVERNMENT OF THE NATIONAL CAPITAL TERRITORY OF DELHI दिल्ली, 27 दिसम्बर, 2024 .—गृह मंत्रालय, भारत सरकार की दिनांक 20 सितम्बर, 1958 की अधिसूचना संख्या 7/1/58-पी IV के साथ पठित अपराधी परिवीक्षा अधिनियम, 1958 की धारा 17 के तहत प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, राष्ट्रीय राजधानी क्षेत्र दिल्ली के उपराज्यपाल दिनांक 09 नवम्बर, 2021 की अधिनियम संख्या एफ.1 (249/11)/सीपीओ/ डीएसडब्ल्यू/पार्ट.फाईल-III/732 को तत्काल प्रभाव से वापस लेते हैं।
